Check in was great. It was done in a timely fashion. I kinda worried though due to what happened at my previous visit and something valuable disappeared from my car

I enjoyed the ability to receive service without making an appointment. The service writer was very friendly and helpful in making me aware of using my earned credit to pay for my bill.

Anita Sutton was awesome on getting this deal for me, but the manager was talking to Anita while we were doing my paperwork was very rude, basically yelling at her in front of me making me feel like my business was not good enough. But Anita was awesome and deserves a raise lol.

Service was good. Friendly and courteous. Called right away to let me know my car was finished. Gave appropriate information. Washed car so it was clean

I only use Sutton dealership auto service for all my vehicles. Quality, dependable, and quick service, every time. Cost is reasonable and you leave after they wash your car for free.

Very disappointed with Sutton they charged me a lot of money and did not fix the problem put new tires on a Bent rim and didn’t even let me know the rim was bent until I told them the car was shaking and I had to pay a lot for a new rim
