Very professional, knowledgeable and great customer service. Abe Ascencio, salesman, was friendly, patient, and knowledgeable and accommodating. He even stayed and assisted with setting up the cell phone features and the Ford Pass App after the contract was signed and the dealership was closed LaToyta McDonald was very professional, warm and friendly and quick. She reviewed the contract with me and answered all my questions.

Wonderful experience - salesman Abe Ascencio was experienced and very knowledgeable about the vehicles. The process took about 2 hours. In the past, I have experienced 4 hours process when purchasing a car. Also, he was very helpful assisting with setting up my cell phone features.

Warm, friendly professional employees with exceptional great customer service skills. Relaxing atmosphere. This is my second visit within a couple days. I followed the mechanic's recommendations. They charged me a lot of money and didn’t fix the problem the problem still exists and I’m not happy with Sutton Ford they did nothing to compensate me for all the money I paid and the issue still exists.

Eric was extremely helpful and so was all of the staff my only complaint is that you all never have loaners and I asked for a car wash and they agreed to the car wash but when i picked my car up it was not cleaned
