Tiffany was great helping me from start to finish. I went to get a f 150 and I looked the internet review to get the right sales person and they were right, Tiffany never push for the sale and always give me the space and time to take the right decision. Definitely my next purchase will be with her in same dealer if possible.

If the problem with the battery we’re determined the...
If the problem with the battery we’re determined the first time all these problems wouldn’t have happened. If the service person reset the oil light warning after the full 40000 maintenance service was done - we wouldn’t have to turn off the warning light every time the car was started. During a Boston trip these were major aggravations that could have been avoided and not messed up our vacation! Otherwise Sutton Ford has serviced us well in the past. Bob pustaver 708-8454839.

We apologize that you did not receive friendly service when you came back. We tried to explain the taillight and that used vehicles cannot be fixed to brand new but we did not intend to come off rude.
