They lied to me about a couple of things. I even told...

They lied to me about a couple of things. I even told them if I found out I would never come back or send anyone. I hate people who lie. I called today about an issue I was having and was transferred around and after more than 15 minutes they couldn't find anyone to help. Sutton sucks in my opinion. I should have tried to work harder with Andy at Curry Ford. I have some issues that I'm afraid may not get fixed. Truly disgusted about the entire situation.

bob pustaver's MKZ last maintenance ckup problem

something happened last 40000 (36000mile) checkup --car wouldn't start without a jump, had to go on vacation to boston and several days of driving required jumping car many times to start it. They found bad battery on my return--- shouldn't that have shown dup on 36000 mile inspection and complete checkup. on return a new battery was covered under warrantee. Also oil warning light came on at every startup after this 36000 miles inspection. -=- supposedly and oil reset switch wasn't flipped on inspection-- no double checking of work done before returning to owner? Need more car to rebuild confidence in service.

2017 Lincoln MKZ

I had a problem with my car swerving on the road. Even though the dealership had no service appointments available for a week or two, they took my car in due to potential safety issue. It turned out to be a tire related issue. I was on the road again within 1 business day.. I really appreciated the service

Beware of Hidden Fees

Beware of all the hidden fees and protection plans This dealer tries to charge you as you go into closing. $500 Etching Fee, $500 for a car wax they put on, and $500 for an inspection of the vehicle when they bought it (isn’t that supposed to be a standard?). Then, they try to tell you about a “mandatory warranty” that “comes with the car,” that you have to pay $1,000 for. $2,500 of hidden fees that their appointment coordinator, Shannon, told us nothing about. They are not upfront, nor honest, nor do they conduct bus with any integrity. Price listed online IS NOT the actual price.

Had a pleasant experience with the purchase of my new car. No pressure sales. I put a down payment on a Saturday and picked it up on Monday. Asked sales to please clean the interior by Monday afternoon. Vince assured me it will be clean. Monday afternoon. Pulled up my car and I asked Vince did someone clean it. His replied they said it is clean. As Vince installed the plates my wife and I inspected our newly purchased auto. All cup holders were sticky, driver's door was dirty and there was crumbs on the passenger seat. Vince asked if we would like to have him clean it. Only take 10 minutes. The amount of work needed, it would take a lot longer. We declined. Would have been nice to drive my new car without the remnants of the previous owner all over the interior. We test drove 2 cars that Saturday. Both cars were filthy. In this day and age your used cars should be clean.

No mention of any of this prior to me driving over to your dealership. Shannon knew I was coming a long way, and he and I had lengthy conversations about the car and the price. Failing to mention these facts at any point in our week long correspondence about the vehicle is absurd. I just want to buy a car at it’s listed price, but that seems too much to ask. $1,500 for an inspection, an etching, and a wax? Honestly, do you enjoy conducting business under this guise?
