Great service was communicated about everything the whole way through. Updated me on each and every step along the way. Called me directly and let me know when the car was ready and the problem.

Very nice staff. Considerate and offered to take me home if I didn't want to wait in the service center. Check out ladies ok. I would rate it higher if waiting area was larger and more comfortable.

The overall service was ok. I just have to take it back because it sounds worst than when I brought it in. I'm planning to get back up there in the next couple of days. Hoping the issue will be corrected.

I pass no fewer than 2 other dealerships to get to Sutton for service. Melissa was our service advisor at Terry's in Orland for many years. I have had terrible experience with Rizza service and a poor experience with Currie service , so I decided it was worth the trip to know that I and my vehicles will be treated right.
