We apologize that we were not able to service you the same day. There is a cost to finding the problem in the vehicle, however once found the diagnostic cost can be applied to the service.
Whats the point of having an appointment if your just told to come back and are still charged for a diagnostic that was never resolved. The best solution to this issue is giving me a full refund. I would have never taken my car there if nothing was going to be done. Very unhappy.
