I just do not remember being told when I arrived about how long the service was going to be. I thought I heard 90 minutes, but I must have been mistaken. I also was not aware that I would be receiving emails about the progress of the service. It would have helped to have been told to expect the emails to keep me informed of the status. as it is I found out later in the day that I had those status emails. should have been told to expect them.

Great salespeople, nice location, really friendly and willing to negotiate. On the contrary, their advertised prices are much lower than what it will be at the store without disclaimer.

Poor communication and price gouging. Do not recommend. A repair we were quoted almost $2000 for at Sutton cost $500 at another local garage. And after I complained about being bombarded with texts and emails I get another request for a review in my email. Well, here ya go.
