Never has let me down with the great quality service....

Never has let me down with the great quality service. ONLY Ford I go to and call for regardomy vehicle. They keep you updated and try their best to get you in and out as quickly as possible. Never had any issues and I've bn with them for a little over a year now. Love them!!!!!!

I am a returning customer to Sutton Ford. I return to Sutton Ford because I always receive great customer service and care. Sutton Ford provided a trade in on my vehicle that was a step up from what I had and was affordable for my budget. I recommend Sutton Ford for all around great service.

I just do not remember being told when I arrived about...

I just do not remember being told when I arrived about how long the service was going to be. I thought I heard 90 minutes, but I must have been mistaken. I also was not aware that I would be receiving emails about the progress of the service. It would have helped to have been told to expect the emails to keep me informed of the status. as it is I found out later in the day that I had those status emails. should have been told to expect them.

Poor communication and price gouging. Do not recommend. A repair we were quoted almost $2000 for at Sutton cost $500 at another local garage. And after I complained about being bombarded with texts and emails I get another request for a review in my email. Well, here ya go.
