Great place. Friendly and helpful staff. I've purchased 4 of my cars from them. Although, I was there for an oil change, I had a random question regarding the cameras that I seen in offices. I end up interrupting Ms.McDonald, whom I've never met before but she gave me her undivided attention and answer the question. Geat customer service.

I received an early morning greeting in the service department from Jillian. I had a long wait which was expected. Only wish the coffee machines were working.

I enjoy the atmosphere at Sutton Ford and the service I receive when I visit. I especially enjoy the care and the concern that they have for the customers 😊

In Quick Lane staff great & professional. Clients allowed to sit & wait for car, not 6ft apart, mechanics no mask, when in out my car. Other EEs in hallway heading from QL to cashier, did not wear mask. I had to request copy of the works work sheet, that shows work done and the sticker to show next oil service date.

Tiffany was absolutely awesome to work with, she got me into a very nice F-150. Definitely ask for her when you visit the dealership.

Tiffany is an excellent salesperson. My daughtee and I bought bought vehicles through her. My brother and oldest are considering going through her as well.

Friendly staff. Explained the process. Called with diagnosis. Gave complete price breakdown of parts and labor. Vehicle was repaired and ready for pickup as promised.

Always happy with my service at Sutton,This last visit however as the Auto Butler was being applied, My back wiper was broken and replaced, I did not know of this until I got home and read my paper work,I also noticed I had a small fee for the wiper that was broken, I was NEVER told of the broken wiper or the fee.

I was very pleased with the customer service. I was given many options when picking out a vehicle. My sale rep went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. Great management as well..
