My wife and I made the trip in to purchase a new vehicle. Their website had a price advertised, which included manufacturer discounts. After meeting with Anita, she had the vehicle brought up to the door so we could see it. She was very knowledgeable and showed us a number of features. We took the vehicle for a test drive, everything was great. We went inside to start the process of purchasing the vehicle. She came back with a sheet telling us what our monthly payment would be, assuming a loan for a specific term. I asked for the itemized breakdown of the purchase. The breakdown included the following surprises: $2500 for an extended warranty - this was never asked for, nor spoken of. $1800 of 'dealer add-ons' that were not included in the price noted online. $1000 extra for the price of the vehicle, because the discounts provided online were not applied in full in person. So they've now added an extra $5300 to the price of the vehicle that was listed online. The 'dealer add-ons' were listed on sticker on the vehicle that I failed to catch, so that's partly on me. Though since they were already added and they wouldn't/couldn't remove them, that's clearly a deceptive practice on their part to not include them in the online price. After arguing with Anita and another sales person over what the words in their online advertisement mean, the price was able to get closer to what was advertised. We purchased the vehicle - though it's likely that I missed something else in the price that shouldn't have been there. After waiting for the vehicle to be prepped, we were told that the fuel pumps had been turned off. I was forced to drive to a gas station and fuel up the vehicle! I'm still waiting on a gift card to cover the gas purchase. I've called and hounded Anita (who has otherwise ignored all e-mails from me), it looks like I might get PART of the fill-up covered. Naturally, the promised follow-up call never materialized. At the end of all of this I don't feel that I can trust the word of Sutton Ford staff because of how dishonest they were in dealing with me. I was prepared to pay the price listed online, but they were very misleading in their advertisement and subsequent interactions. We first made a stop at the Kia dealership and felt very overwhelmed by the salesman. We decided to stop at Sutton Ford with only about 20 mins before closing not expecting help. We were wrong! Tiffany Walker spent the next 2 hours with us asking us what we wanted and our expectations out of a vehicle. She let us test drive with no pressure into buying and we instantly fell in love with it. Tiffany took her time and made sure we comfortable and we ended up buying a brand new Explorer. Want to buy a new car/truck from Sutton Ford then I strongly suggest you go see Tiffany Walker. I came to have the auto butler done on my truck, my car was not washed first and was smeary and dirty when I cam to pick it up. I complained to Jaime and then his boss Randy but BOTH said they didn't see any dirty yet they kept trying to wipe dirt off finally Jimmie came out after 20min of arguing with them looked the truck over agreed it was dirty and redid the auto butler over.

This is the 2nd time I've been back for the auto butler service and had maintenance done. Both times things were taken care of, and I never felt pressured to have the work done there.
