Great service. Everyone is friendly. Happy with service. On time . No too expensive. Parts had to be ordered but came the following day to parts department.

Strange experience. Recall on door latch. Hawk Ford in oak lawn previously failed to fix this issue correctly. When I got my car home, the door latch fell off in my hand. Called back and was told that the service dept never actually conducted any work on my car.
