Strange experience. Recall on door latch. Hawk Ford in...

Strange experience. Recall on door latch. Hawk Ford in oak lawn previously failed to fix this issue correctly. When I got my car home, the door latch fell off in my hand. Called back and was told that the service dept never actually conducted any work on my car.

We are sorry for the inconvenience. We followed what Ford provided for us which is to take pictures of the codes on the latches, submit the codes to Ford and Ford tells us whether it passes or not. They did not give us a fix for your vehicle, so unfortunately, we received a bad review but your concern should be filed with Ford Motor Company. We work really hard on behalf of our customers but recalls and warranty concerns, we can only follow what Ford provides for us.

My salesperson was Tiffany Walker. I had a great buying experience here. I purchased a vehicle that fit my lifestyle and needs. I would definitely purchase here again. It is also a Black-owned business , which I love, but employs people of all different races. Quality vehicles, diversity, and great customer service make Sutton Ford a winning organization.
