Excellent customer service during trying times

Even with the pandemic she was very upbeat and pleasant to deal with.I dropped off car she called me and let me know what problem was very quickly and work was done quickly and properly.They are closing earlier due to pandemic and i could not get a ride before they closed so she sent someone to get me at home to pickup my car.When i picked up car not only was it fixed but they had also washed,cleaned interior and shinned tires.THANK YOU Melissa and Sutton Ford for the great experience.

Very customer friendly. Prompt service, on time pick Up. Extremely satisfied with the experience. Understandably, the hours a more constricted but the very very accomodating.

It is never a time that Jillian from Quick lane doesn't go above and beyond... she is always professional and pleasant. Jillian is the primary reason why I continue to have my vehicles serviced at this location...KUDOS to her, SHE ROCKS! You all are privileged to have such an awesome employee

I love my car but I can’t help feel negatively about this...

I love my car but I can’t help feel negatively about this dealer. I made an appointment with Lindsey only to learn she doesn’t work there and is only online to get people in the door. Right there I felt deceived. On line price that was quoted by Lindsey was not honored if you use their financing and they change the deal pricing in the contact with out telling you and my car had vin etch and auto butler on it and they charged me extra for that even thought I was told it was included in my internet price. The next day when I reviewed the contract and noticed these things I called the dealer manager with no call back. I can’t help feeling I was tricked into a different deal than I went there for. My advise look over your deal several times before signing anything.

Hello, This is Karen Ford, Dealer Manager. I do not have a message but please feel free to call me 708-720-8000. We do use an offsite business development center which is contracted as part of Sutton Ford. We take pride in honoring our online pricing. Yes, if you decide to go with low rebates ie 0%, the rebates are foregone. This is through the manufacturer, they do not allow us to combine both. We still honor the online price, you add the rebates back and that would be the price. As for autobutler and etch, I hope you see the value and you will appreciate the accessories.
