Sutton Ford

I was concerned about the battery as I had just returned from out of town with my car completely dead. The dealership could not get to me for several days and Quick Lane was able to check my battery in a pinch. Everyone is always helpful. Excellent customer service! I cannot remember the guy’s name (possibly Randy) that helped me but he is always helpful whenever I come there.

I received great service at Sutton service department. Can’t say that for other dealers. I will continue to use Sutton instead of the dealer I purchased my vehicle from. Melissa was great and kept me updated on the repair process. Keep up the great work and customer service!!!

Whenever I have gone to Sutton Ford the experience has been awesome. The service and Quick Lane teams are the best. They are friendly, know their vehicles and always try to give you the best price. Because of the service teams, when I had to buy a new car, I went straight to Sutton Ford. The sales rep, Tiffany, really worked with me to get me the vehicle I wanted at a price & payments I could afford, I purchased the tire and the glass warranty plans. When I had an issue with my tire, it was replaced, NO QUESTIONS ASKED. I LOVE Sutton Ford.

I’m glad that with the problem I experienced with my F150 and thinking I wouldn’t be able to pay for repair the flex plan was AWSOME. Eric was a great help. The first time I was there Dave help and I had another problem the very day I pick the truck up and had it towed back and Eric helped but I didn’t like the idea of having to pay the deductible it should have showed it was more than one problem when showed if it was put on the machine I picked the truck up went straight to my appointment and come out and it wouldn’t start had to tow it back to shop to find out it’s something else wasn’t happy with what happened but Eric and Dave was able to help with both situations.
