Ther dealership was very clean and welcoming. Our salesperson was amazing. She made my wife and I very comfortable. She was very helpful in answering all of our questions and getting things around for us. Our financial was very good as well. With getting us the rate and payment we wanted.

Sutton Ford is the "No Stress Express". When I go, I feel...

Sutton Ford is the "No Stress Express". When I go, I feel like I am at home in their waiting room. Jillian, Paul, Jaime, and Dave are the best service/journeyman reps. Each person is warm, friendly, honest, personable, fair, and quite knowledgable. When I drop my Mustang off for service, I don't want to leave. Sutton Ford should change its name to Sutton Family. Your service department keeps us all coming back for more!

Due to my time of entry, I was not given a tire rotation...

Due to my time of entry, I was not given a tire rotation but offered (@ fee of $9, each) 16 replacement lugs during oil change. Although service had most recently occurred on the vehicle in Oct., 2019 (at Sutton), the information told to me was that "all 16 lug nuts were swollen, and if removed and broken, they'd have to be replaced and [funded] by me." I was not satisfied with this proposal.
