Sutton Ford is the "No Stress Express". When I go, I feel like I am at home in their waiting room. Jillian, Paul, Jaime, and Dave are the best service/journeyman reps. Each person is warm, friendly, honest, personable, fair, and quite knowledgable. When I drop my Mustang off for service, I don't want to leave. Sutton Ford should change its name to Sutton Family. Your service department keeps us all coming back for more!

Due to my time of entry, I was not given a tire rotation but offered (@ fee of $9, each) 16 replacement lugs during oil change. Although service had most recently occurred on the vehicle in Oct., 2019 (at Sutton), the information told to me was that "all 16 lug nuts were swollen, and if removed and broken, they'd have to be replaced and [funded] by me." I was not satisfied with this proposal.

I always enjoy coming to Sutton Ford because of the courteous, attentive employees who make sure you are made aware of what is going with whatever your need is and to see it is done in a timely manner and proficient way.

Erik answer all my question even when he had to say it more then once He also let me know when my car is ready someone will come and pick me up
