He up dated in my vehicle through out the days and explained what their findings were I appreciate Erick and Sutton Ford I forget the front deck person that handled oil changes minor issues o should be ashamed because she has done the same as Erick and I’m a fan of both. Curtious and good service! Additional service suggestions were offered with options for addressing the issues. The wait time was kept acceptable. Very satisfied with the feel of the car after service.
