Purchased a GMC Yukon with 14k miles 10/25/25.

Purchased a GMC Yukon with 14k miles 10/25/25. Vehicle was backed in the parking space for “ease” of getting out for the test drive and also backed in again after the test drive. Our salesperson JW was so nice, we thought wow - what a great experience. UNTIL…after we returned home, the car bottomed out going over a speed bump. Crawl under the back of the car to see an aftermarket lowering kit had been added, giving a 2 inch or so ground clearance on the lowering arms attached to the rear axle area. This should have been disclosed at the time of purchase. We have no idea if it’s installed correctly and could be/is a safety hazard. May even void the GM warranty. Now, we are realizing all the backing in for customer convenience was actually to hide the fact there were aftermarket parts installed. Hard to notice when it’s backed up to landscaping. Reached out to the dealership who stated that they did not have to disclose due to GM installing the parts new at original purchase. No safety concerns or warranty concerns. We called the original selling dealer who confirmed by pulling the history, they did not install the aftermarket products to lower the vehicle. If it truly was installed by GM, why the deceitful behavior. Why not disclose it at purchase. Shame on me for not crawling on the ground to look under a vehicle that is practically brand new. Never trust that people will do the right thing. Lesson learned! Would not recommend purchasing anything from Mercedes of Ft. Myers and have filed a claim against them with the Better Business Bureau. FOLLOW UP TO DEALER RESPONSE: My husband spoke directly with the GM (Chris) before I posted this in hopes the dealership would fix the issue. The GM told my husband that the Dealership is not obligated to nor will they take action. This response is what caused the BBB complaint and this review.

The service was excellent.

The service was excellent. Nero took the time to explain the car in detail while our test drive and made sure we feel comfortable in the decision process. We weren’t pressured into buying additional packages which was a big plus in our experience with this dealership, too. We left with our new car feeling very comfortable with our purchase.
