service was great, just a lack og friendliness

The work was done without too much of a wait. I was told up to 2 hours and it was 1 1/2. The only thing I was surprised with was the lack of smiles and friendliness.

Jamie Rich is an asset to your dealership. I have been buying cars for 50 years. Jamie did not try to force me into a vehicle. He listened to me, and called me back the next day with two choices, one of which is the Dodge Ram I purchased from you. The follow up by service could have been a little quicker, but today I met Dave Duval who is a real pro. Once again...LISTENED...oh do I love that, and he did everything they promised and answered all of my questions. Extremely pleasant buying and service experience. Great deal

I'm not big on writing reviews or car shopping, but my experience at Horne was exceptional so I felt people should know. I needed a work truck & they hooked me up with the perfect vehicle (Ford F150) and did what it took to fit my super tight budget. I appreciate that.

Car buyer

We had a exceptional experience during our buying of our new Ford F 150. Our salesman Dale Hickey was extremely helpful, informative, and gave us all of our options. He allowed us to talk about our options privately and make our decision without feeling pressured. All of the other staff was courteous, friendly, and helpful. I would recommend Robert Horne Ford to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.
