New Fusion is awesome
Salesman was very knowledgable and really listened to the key features I was looking for in a car. Better mpg and smoother ride than the Escape, good interior and cargo space. No one "talked down" to me just because I'm female-l REALLY appreciated that! And I got a really good price for a vehicle I'm enjoying a lot (who knew Ford Touch would be fun?)

Broken again
Brought in a vehicle that the speedometer stopped working. This was still an issue related to a repair that was done incorrectly by another repair shop. Roy helped us before and he took care of us this time. He contacted the insurance, showed them the issue and got it repaired in two days. Thank you for having our back.

2011 Ford Edge
After a movie on July 3rd, our 2011 Edge barely started. It was past 2:30 pm when I talked to Dave in the service department and he told me to bring it in. We were in Queen Creek at the time, about 20 minutes from the dealership. We had a new battery installed and left with a sigh of relief. Ironically, the failed battery was one your service department installed exactly 2 years before to replace the OEM one. The warranty covered the cost. Our sincere thanks for a job well done with such short notice late on a Friday afternoon.
