Great Service, facility very clean.
Tyler was my service rep....very polite and answered any questions I had. He was rather neat in his appearance. I noticed some of them in that area were a little on the sloppy side. Only my opinion. Love the fact of coffee and donuts!

Robert Horne Ford is the best. They saved me 500 plus in brakes. Midas had told me I needed both front and rear brakes with rotors and drums when I really only need to machine the rotors and replace the pads. The service staff is the best around thank you.

Great performance--under pressure of time allowed.
I had a very limited time to replace a car that had been 'totalled' in an accident. In one afternoon, this was accomplished by the purchase of a 2012 pre-owned Focus. The service was entirely professional, the staff was nothing but helpful.

Good Service
very courteous, did not have to wait to long for service to be completed, was disappointed to find that ford does not have a maintenance recording book to keep in glove box that shows when service was done. Hyundai does have one and that is what I was used to.
