Great for service, whether you own a Ford or not.

I brought two vehicles in for oil changes this week: my 2014 Ford Escape and my husband's 2004 Chevy Silverado. That's right, I like the service department at Horne well that they now service our Chevy pickup as well. Dave helped me both days, and was very polite and friendly. I would gladly work with him again.

OVER THE PAST 3 YEARS MY FAMILY OR FRIENDS HAVE PURCHASED 5 VEHHICLES, NEW AND USED FROM THE HORNE FAMILY. SPECIFICALLY ROBERT HORNE. I HAVE ALWAYS HAD GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM ALL REPS. New Ford Edge

I bought a new Ford Edge, my second time I purchased this model. No pressure tactics,went smoothly. Les was most helpful and professional. A great car.

Professional Salesperson Les

I started my search for My New Edge online. Les answered every question and got me the best price . I insisted on email only, no phone calls and he complied. I live 40 plus miles away, but I went to Horne Apache Junction for this specific car. I got a fair price for the trade and Les gave me straight talk. The finance guy was a little shifty so be careful and watch his numbers.

2015 Ford Fusion Purchase

We went on true car and placed information about cars we were interested in. After meeting many dealers and their products I was exhausted and sort of gave up looking for a while. A few days later we received a call from Corey Royal at Robert Horne ford. I took a chance and drove out and was glad i did. Nice Kid, not pushy and he got me the true car price i had on my certificate. I had a bank check and drove away 1 1/2 hour later. Give them a chance and tell them I dont want to pay a lot for this car. Hopefully your experience will be as enjoyable as mine! Wayne and Michelle Langlois Queen Creek AZ

Wonderful Customer Service

Dave was very kind and helpful. He made us feel welcomed having just moved from Illinois. He made sure my car was checked from top to bottom, washed, and even brought the car around for me. Thank you, Dave for the wonderful customer service!

Parts and service on 6/30/2015

As always, Horne Ford did an outstanding job. All I needed were replacement blades for my 2013 Fiesta. I entered the service department and was immediately greeted by Roy. I have worked with Roy in the past...he's great. He asked me what I needed and I told him I was just here to pick up wiper blades for my car. He immediately offered to have the blades installed once I purchased them. Wow, I wasn't expecting the offer, however, knowing Horne Ford's employees and Roy, it did not come as a complete surprise. Needless to say, I took him up on his offer and so glad I did, as it was too confusing to replace all 3 blades. Chuck in the parts department was very nice and got me the right blades. I will continue to bring my vehicle to Horne for service and parts, as well as future auto purchases.

Great service with caring people.

My experience getting my vehicle was very good. The staff was very helpful on all my questions. I bought a Fiesta Ford and it went very smoothly. I want to say the people who work their are very pleasant and are eager to please in any way possible.
