very good customer service. But the lifetime oil guarantee is a fraud. the first two years it was fine. because it was paid by the Toyota company. But when the dealer starts to pay. you have to do the other services. that your car needs for example cabin filter and tire rotation. and the cost is $ 131.00 and if you don't want to do the services. you have to pay for the oil change $ 71.85

A/C was inoperable.. Trained technician located the problem quickly and had the air flowing in a very short time! Xenon was the name of my technician and his knowledge of my system allowed the repairs to be made without any hesitation or guesswork.

Honestly some of the worst experience I have ever had...
Honestly some of the worst experience I have ever had getting my car taken care of. This is the 3rd Toyota I have owned. I bought a new one from here in January. Every time I have been they do not welcome you when you walk in the door, but they will however help men right away when they walk in the door. I was waiting 2.5 hours for my oil to be changed and tires to be rotated. A week after my service the radio in my car stopped working, I scheduled an appointment and took my car in the night before to have it fixed the next morning. I called back the next afternoon because I had not heard from anyone and they said that they could not fix my car that day because they would have to order a new radio. I then went in and asked for a rental because I knew I would be blown off if they did not have my car in front of them to be fixed. They almost refused to give me a rental until I asked to speak with the manager. I was then given a rental. They told me they would be ordering a new radio and when it came it in would be installed and I would be able to pick up my car. They never kept their word of when they said they were going to call. I called multiple times to check up on my car to be told my service representative was unavailable and would call back, would never call back, tried to push the blame off on others and pretend he had no clue he was dealing with my car. They maybe returned one of my calls throughout the 2.5 weeks. I had to call them every single time to receive an update, if I didn't call I probably would've never heard a peep. Overall you would think that somewhere you spent a lot of money purchasing a new car would provide better service to loyal customers. If I didn't receive free warranty service I definitely would NOT bring my car here.

Richard was so great! He was very informative and helped me find exactly what I wanted. There was a great selection of cars to choose from at the dealership, and they cleaned up my car and filled it with gas before I drove it off the lot.

Service Department always takes care of everything when we visit. Whether it is for an inspection or oil change services they are always looking out for us. We greatly appreciate their services. We have been shopping for trucks there since 2003 and will continue. The Sales staff are always ready to assist with any questions or concerns. Great Staffing All Around!
