Your service has dramatically improved since I bought my Toyota Camry from you. The one thing I would like to suggest is you find a better way to make sure your people follow through on what the customer has asked for. Every time I've come to you this problem has occurred. This time I asked for an oil change, replace a tire air valve and a car wash. The oil change occurred and the car was washed but I had to specifically request they go back and take care of the same tire repeatedly losing air problem. This is a new tire I bought from you so naturally I thought it was an air valve problem. They insisted I had a nail in my tire and refused to check the air valve. I will watch and see if the tire continues to lose air. Thank you for asking for my assessment.

Serviced the truck, changed the oil. Left the oil plug loose. Had to take back again the 2nd day to tighten plug and add oil.

Everyone at this service department is friendly and helpful. The service was excellent and the waiting room was comfortable with lots of outlets to plug a computer into. The only thing that will be even better than that is for the donuts to return!
