Excellent service department! Very courteous! Wait time...

Excellent service department! Very courteous! Wait time was longer than anticipated! Sales department very misleading regarding premium package-$3000 will not do again! Unhappy about that! Was told it would cover bumper to bumper and would not have to pay for anything! So not true according to service department! Never again!

Seemed to be disorganized at several levels. For...

Seemed to be disorganized at several levels. For example, when we first went to look at the car, it wouldn't start and we had to come back the next day to perform a test drive. We were ignored for a long time after we had reached agreement on purchase price. Buying a car should not take 3 hours after you agree on price. We had to ask the finance person to put on his mask (covid facial covering) before we would go into his office to sign the paperwork. Not a good impression on us.

The internet department (Kayla Baldwin) is the reason I visited Fred Anderson Toyota. She spoke with me over the phone and later emailed a video of the truck. The video sold me. Later she introduced me to a nice helpful salesman, Richard Covington. Kayla earned part of the commission. I hope she was rewarded.

I always feel.well taken care of at Fred Anderson Toyota of Sanford. I love my RAV4. This visit took a bit.longer than the estimated time..and it cost far more than I was anticipating. However the 30k maintenance is behind us. Thank you FATOS.

I was offered a package for $149.99 and one hour service....

I was offered a package for $149.99 and one hour service. After two hours I was given a bill for $280 which included my $30 state inspection, a charge for $203 instead of 149.99, a misc fee of $36 of 'repair fee to dealer' and taxes. I was then told the extra fee is on all billing. Using my previous billing I showed it was not a fee imposed by Toyota and was told it would be refunded per the manager that day. One week later, I have heard nothing from them. Dishonest service, bait and switch or improper explanation of packages (note* bill was itemized but had zeroes in all 'included' in package for $203 descriptions which was explained by 3 different employees as 3 different values), and finally a broken commitment to refund a miscellaneous charge that they could not explain which had never been on a bill before.
