Rude rude rude. As well a total rip off. They are just trying squeeze every dollar out of you. None the less the work they perform i could of gotten at... a local jiffy lube.
Bunch of liars at this dealer. I test drove a car and spent SEVERAL hours negotiating a deal on it. Spent about 3 hours on my day off, which turned... out to be a waste of time. I told them I was going to return 2 days later with a check from my bank (since their financing APR was too high) and I wanted to purchase the car. I was about to drive to the dealer to buy it, so I called them to say I was on my way, but they SOLD the car that morning. I talked to the sales manager and he was very rude and hung up on me. I will NEVER give Audi Pacific a dime of my money!!
I had a great experience at Audi Pacific. I felt like I was an important customer even though I was not spending the big bucks like others do. I worked... with both Michael Moye and Collin Kleinman. They were both great guys to work with. The whole car buying process was communicated clearly and was very easy. Michael is very helpful and answered all of my finance questions promptly and thoroughly. I felt confident during the whole process. Collin is the Audi expert. If you want to work with an Audi enthusiast then ask for Collin. He will not disappoint you one bit. I would highly recommend Audi Pacific and make sure you ask to work with Collin and Michael.
There is nothing here at this dealership except mean and proud employees who just want to sell the most expensive deals. You won't find good customer... service after being looted if you do choose to be looted all your warranties they sell you like Audi care or whatever it will be a joke and a waste of money.
I have been trying to get some resolution on my RS4 's service contract that I bought from this dealer and so far nothing positive has been happening.... I spoke to Mike Moye who sold me the contract and Thomas who is a Finance Manager. I emailed Marin Delgado who is the GM and there was no response for several days so decided to call him. Luckily, I was able to have a brief conversation with him because he was busy I guess. He said somebody would call me later in the afternoon to help me out. Unfortunately, nobody called. I wonder what kind of CORE VALUES this dealership has. I guess it all starts from the TOP. If the main man cannot follow thru what he says then so as the followers. I work for a fortune 500 company as well and I know for a fact we take care of our customers to be in business. I'm surprised how this dealer stay competitive with the rest of the other dealers. I hope these guys realize what they are doing and standby their products that they sell.
Made an appointment to see a car. Went there on time. They did not have the car to see. Sent it out to body shop. Started taking off to the body shop.... They did not have it. Sent it to Lexus dealer. They did not bother to call me an hour or so ago and tell me not to come. Drove 20 miles one way and have no car to see. This is as un professional as you can get. I did not expect this. I recommend that you call them and to make sure that they have the car that you are looking for.
My husband and I had the best experience while purchasing our Audi Q5 from Audi Pacific. Collin, Gino, Fady, Mike and Thomas were so helpful and so honest... with what we were getting ourselves into. We visited this dealership two times before our final trip to purchase our car. In between those visits we tried out other dealerships for options and had the worst experience at Audi Beverly Hills. It was so bad that as we left we called Collin at Audi Pacific and described our experience and made an appointment with him for the following day. Collin was more then happy to show us more cars and let us ask as many questions as possible and test drive a car as many times as necessary to make a decision. We never felt rushed or pushed to by a car at any time. When we finally decided on a car we called to make sure they wouldnt sell it before arriving and as we arrived the paperwork was ready and car was freshly washed and pulled up to the front for us. They even had our car windows tinted the same night which we greatly appreciated. We never had to sit an haggle or go through tons of papers that night, it was quick and everyone was so nice it definitely made it a good experience. We appreciate everyone's help and feel confident in coming back here for future purchases. When the Manager Mike said they had the best cars at the best prices he was definitely right.
Dwight Oh responded quickly and meaningfully when we went online to find a dealer wanting to lease a car to us. His response was clear and competitive... as was his follow through. Throughout the process he has returned phone calls quickly and provided the service we requested. It has been a pleasure dealing with him and we plan to recommend him to other people we know.
