Another major GM recall affecting diesel-equipped pickup trucks and SUVs involves a transmission control valve that may fail.

A recall for more than 323,200 Chevrolet Silverado and GMC Sierra HD pickups is out over the risk of unwanted tailgate openings.

GM is recalling approximately 624,200 Chevrolet and GMC vehicles for an issue with a front-seat seat belt bracket.

Approximately 800 Buick, Cadillac, Chevrolet and GMC SUVs along with Chevy and GMC pickup trucks are being recalled for an issue with the roof-rail airbag inflator.
