First pickup truck I have purchased

This truck is nice and comfortable. The ride is very smooth, especially for a pickup. It has a lot of amenities (USB and 12 volt power ports, fold up back seats, arm rests, in bed trunk, plenty of power for a midsize 6-cylinder, and plenty of storage throughout the vehicle).

My First Pickup

A truck that doesn't feel or behave like a truck. True 5'x5' bed, huge storage trunk under the bed. Back seats fold up for great storage. Rides smooth and quiet. Just got back from a road trip and averaged over 27 mpg.

Honda Truck

I have owned several Hondas over my 68 years and none of them have failed to please. This Honda pickup is no exception. Hauling and ride are excellent.

Needs improvement

Gas cap was replaced by a plastic self closing device that could freeze and break during cold weather from moisture. No full size spare tire. Tailgate does not lock. If you add a tonneau cover to haul things as we do you will need that. The passenger doors do not open fully.

had some initial electrical problems

This truck met all my needs but after purchasing it, I discovered problems with the tail lights and parking lights (they didn't work). I had to leave the truck at the dealer for 2 days in order for them to fix the problem. After that everything has been fine.

My second Ridgeline. Great features.

Love two way tailgate and trunk. Great mileage compared to previous model. Seems to have narrower rear doors limiting access though. Also no good place to tie down on front of vehicle. Also love Honda sense and other driver assist features

A Cartruck that meets most needs

The Honda Ridgeline is a cartruck that will meet most needs of the average pickup owner. Face it; if you don't have to pull a large trailer or a ton of cargo this vehicle is ideal. The truck bed size, versatility, and liner durability is great. The large cargo hold (it holds four 5-gallon gas cans safely for transport from gas station to home) is great. I love the dual operating tail gate/door. Ridgeline is very comfortable to drive, has good power and mileage, seats five, and fits in my garage. The only thing I miss about my GMC pickup is it's good looks!
