We had a fantastic experience buying our car from National Motors In Ellicott City! The team went above and beyond to work with our budget and helped us find the absolute perfect vehicle without any pressure. They took the time to listen to what we actually needed and made the entire process smooth and transparent. Highly recommend!

I loved my car only had it a little over a year when I
I loved my car only had it a little over a year when I had to replace allcoolant hoses and tank due to it cracking from heat. I had fixed all but one hose when I was driving down the road that one hose blew off and it blew up my car. They should not make a vehicle with plastic that they know will Crack and break due to heat. If not for that I would recommend to anyone but because of that and it not a recall to fix it then I would say to anyone never ever ever get a chevy cruze LT 1.4 turbo car cause it will leak then overheat then blow up.

This is an absolutely terrible car.
This is an absolutely terrible car. This is the worst car I have ever owned in my entire life. The engineering in this car is just utter garbage. Let me begin. Coolant leaks, coolant leaks, coolant leaks. I have replaced the thermostat housing 3 times because it keeps failing. I finally got fed up and replaced all the cooling system components to get it to stop. I have replaced the exhaust gasket because it keeps leaking.. I had to replace the valve cover gasket. I had to replace the VTT valves because they both failrd. I replaced the timing belt. It failed at 15k miles. Valves were bent. I had to replace all of those. Vindow motors went out and I had to replace those I am a mechanic. Thank God because I would have spent upwards of 5 grand to fix this pile of junk which is pretty much a new car. I now have to most likely pay machine shop to replace the valve seats or buy a new cylinder head so I can get it working again. I absolutely do not recommend this car or any other car sold by Chevy as they are not the car company they once were. This car is an absolute money pit. Get a Toyota, you'll be much happier.

I really liked my LTZ.
I really liked my LTZ. I will admit that I had some issues, but I took care of it. The only mistake I made was not putting a Remanufactured engine in it after it had a head gasket repair. I drove it hard. Even with the issues I had. I would buy it again. I would get an Endurance Extended warranty. I had no issues with the transmission. I did have two window motors go out though. I had 188K miles on it. The reason I go rid of it was. I had an oil smell in it even after I had it repaired and the mechanic could not find it.

Nothing but problems!
Nothing but problems! I have only 56,600 miles on this car, but have had 3 car windows replaced due to electrical problems, and now the head gaskets have caused overheating and internal damage to the cylinder head to the tune of $7,200 in repairs! But why try to repair it when I have been informed that it could happen again because the ECCO engine system is made of plastic!! What the xxxx?! Time for a class action lawsuit I say.

Love my Cruze!
Love my Cruze! Have had to do minor maintenance but nothing that wasn’t expected. Big bonus is the parts are super cheap! I have a 2015 and 2017. Love them both!

Should have a recall on head gasket for 2915
I loved my Cruze until it overjeated and then never started again. The steering would lock up while I was driving almost killing me a few times and it would have issues with the battery, it actually caught on fire once and the car is cheaply made. It's. Ot built to last. It's a good car for something cheap

Please do not buy this vehicle
I don’t even know where to start. So far I’ve owned this car for 2 years and it has been to the shop once every two months. I have replaced one of every sensor that the car has, O2, temp gauge, airbag, you name it. Also had to replace head gaskets twice and the second time the mechanic just recommend a new engine. Old engine only had 60k. Also had the water pump and catalytic converter replaced. So I got the new engine with 40k on it and as soon as I left the shop my engine began running lean in bank 1. Got the fuel injectors replaced. Left the shop and engine light turned on again. Have a coolant leak and I have yet again another catalytic converter code. Owning this car has been absolutely miserable and it was the worst financial decision I ever code have made for myself. Unfortunately I am stuck with this car for now but the day I get it paid off I will be celebrating and getting absolutely hammered at the bar.
