Transmission issues
For the most part we do like this truck. It tows our 31’ TT wonderfully. One major problem the transmission went at 68000 miles last month 6/14. Also the factory warranty expired in January along with the extended warranty that we never should have bought. Rip off for sure. We never needed it. So angry. The estimate was 7000$!- Purchased a Used car

Trouble with radio 1000 miles after warranty
Mostly happy with the vehicle. We have used it to pull a 5th wheel camper on trips since we purchased it. We've had all work on this truck done by GM dealers. Never a problem until recently. After only 1000 miles past the warranty our radio went completely out. Was not a happy camper that we had to buy a new radio already.- Purchased a New car

My second pickup.
My first pickup was the Ford F150 XL. I loved that truck, however we pull an RV trailer and it just wasn't powerful enough. I shopped for F250s and came across this beautiful 2500 HD. 8-cylinder, 4 x 4, double cab LT. I won't consider a Ford again. Love this vehicle and can't wait to get towing.- Purchased a Used car

Silverado 2500HD 4x4 Duramax
Bought this truck to pull our 35' fifth wheel and it has not disappointed, especially in the mountains. No problem up or down the mountains, no noticeable loss of power. We didn't know the trailer was there because the truck pulled so smoothly! We did put 20" wheels and tires on the truck for the weight.- Purchased a Used car

Workhorse
This truck has performed above and beyond my expectations. Needed a vehicle to pull a 6,000 pound trailer on a regular basis and this truck doesn't even know a trailers hooked up. More comfortable to drive than my wife's Honda Accord. Love the leg room and overall spaciousness of the crew cab.- Purchased a New car

Has good and bad points
The truck is a little under powered. There are some rattles that should not be there. The hook up for the safety chains and receiver for the hitch are a 1 or 2 out of 5. The ride is quite comfortable.- Purchased a New car
