2018 Chrysler Pacifica consumer reviews

This is our third Chrysler van and is by far the most advanced. We have owned 2015, 2016 Town and Country vans and the Pacifica is a tremendous upgrade. The electronic safety features make it easy for me, a 70 year old driver, feel very comfortable driving in traffic or backing

We formerly drove Subaru Forester. So the Pacifica is a welcome upgrade. We believe that we have a great value for the price we got. The engine is powerful and quite despite the size of the vehicle. We find the interior design flexible and well laid out. The comfort of the drive is good, not luxurious and we definitely notice the larger size, but these were expected. It is difficult to judge reliability at this time. Our car has 8k miles and has no issues. The user interface on the vehicle was initially challenged by a lack of information (or our inability to find the information) in the manual. We have learned far more from instructional videos on YouTube. So, if you want an idea of how easy setting up phones and how to manage the car's systems - start there even before your test drive. After we drove it for a week, we found that the layouts were intuitive and the multiple ways of accomplishing the same task made common functions very manageable. Our first impression on the Pacifica is that we can't wait to drive it.

Great redesigned minivan. Excellent interior with great features. Seating is great. We have the eight passenger with stow and go seating. Seat work very easy. Performance is great. Fuel mileage is already better than expected. Get one for yourself.

I recently bought this vechile to transport my family. I had a Dodge Durango and I hated that I had to jump in and out of the truck with car seats with my twins. This van drives really smooth. It?s seems bigger and I?m getting use to the size of it. But I love it so far!! I love the stow and go option as well!

I just leased another Chrysler vehicle from Haasz. Jeff Bender is our Sale Rep and he always take such good care of us. He knew we were looking, so last week Jeff called me to come test drive a Pacifica. I loved the color and everything about it. Today I went in to do the paperwork. I went by myself without my husband this time and was very nervous. Jeff made it so easy for me. Mary was helpful and nice in the finance department. After everything was done Jeff sat with me and explained everything on driving the vehicle. I really appreciated him taking the time to explain it to me. Everyone at Haasz is so nice and friendly. I am so happy with my new Pacifica!!

Automatic start Heated Seats STOW AND GO!!! Smooth drive. This car has it all. We did not know what we wanted in a van other than leather seats. The Pacifica has that an more. The Stow and Go is so convenient. The tri-climate control is a revelation. The heated seats are a massive bonus. And the doors can be opened from the fob. Excellent job.

We have been Caravan owners for 32 years, keeping them on an average of 9years. Love the stow and go and the styling of the new Pacifica.

We bought this car after renting one for a week in New England last month. The comfort features and the performance. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a crossover or Van.

I love this car, lots of room, dvd, stow and go seats, navigation, power doors, and seats, lumbar leather heated seats, hd radio, keyless enty, remote start, open doors even when locked by grabbing the handle as long as the keyphob is near.
