2018 Chrysler Pacifica consumer reviews

The moment I drove off the lot with my 2018 Chrysler Pacifica - I didnt relies the ticking, knocking or flutter noise in my engine until I turned down my volume! I hear it all the time!!!! Ive had it checked more than 5 times - actually today 4/15/2019 the SHOP FORMAN told me its normal????!!!!!!! NORMAL????!!! Ive owned 3 vehicles and Ive never heard anything like this??? Thats not NORMAL CHRYSLER!!!! FIX THE xxxx PROBLEM!!!! Im paying for a noisy engine noise and I was told to turn my volume up to disregard the noisy engine... WOW THATS AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! IM NEVER BUYING ANOTHER CHRYSLER!!!! They have proven to me that money is all they care about!!! I miss owning a CHEVY!! Never had this problem and even if i did they would fix it!!!!

This car is wonderful! We have a family of 7. It has tons of storage and room for everyone, even my teenagers. It is stylish so even though it's a minivan, I don't feel like an old lady driving it. I absolutely love it!

This vehicle is very comfortable and peppy although the road noise is beyond acceptable. If you are not driving on a nice road and don't have the radio on you cannot carry on a conversation. Also the transmission is very unresponsive. The computer takes too long to think when you press on the gas.

This car is perfect for comfort, ride, 8 passengers, lots of room for people and or cargo, it is a very quite car, pleasure to drive.

The Chrysler Pacifica meets all of our family needs and more! I love driving my van and so does my husband! Great buy! Go get one!

This vehicle has plenty of cargo space for equipment. We love how easy it is to put the seats down when needed versus taking them out as some vehicles require.

Found a used 2018 model Touring + (former car rental). Only problem after two months the engine start/stop gas saving feature stopped working. Not sure how much that's going to cost me, but it was a bonus feature. Still this mini-van has decent mileage in the city (~20mpg) and my highway mileage is on par with my families 2014 Corolla (30mpg+). This vehicle is a good value (space, features). Wish I could have afforded the top end model with a sunroof. Better start saving.

Thus car is my 5th Chrysler van. I' m a big fan of Lee Iacoca and his van design. I deliver exhibits to libraries and museums so I love all the cargo space. I also have 12 grandkids so the seating and cup holders are great too!

This is a family vehicle with the luxury touches of an executive sedan. It is peppy but refined. it meets the needs of a big family but is still fun to drive

Great looking, comfortable ride, nicely equipped (Touring L), stow and go seats are really nice for hauling large cargo items, really nice interior, great sound system, too many features to mention. Overall a great van. Price was exceptionally good.
