I love this car. It's very reliable and roomy. There is a very small ding by the gas tank from a stone hitting from a lawn mower while I was driving. Great in the weather and very accommodating

Car has the much needed room to haul around our family. It is very comfortable and it was affordable for us. We are enjoying it.

This is my 3rd Ford Explorer and In all 3 the transmission seems to bang when going from 1st to 2nd when driving in the city not sure why they can't get that fixed and on my new 2018 spot the roof racks keep flying off on the highway or in the car was they have "fixed" this problem for me 3 times now not sure what is going on but as you can imagine highway driving is difficult due to the fear of them coming off and hitting the car behind me again. But I do love the look of the car,it's snow profomance is great and the sound system in the sport is amazing.

Bought brand new, now at 8,000 miles noises coming from front end that our Ford Dealer nor Ford Engineers can remedy a fix. Their first attempt, replaced struts- Noise still there. Second attempt, replaced entire Axel- Noise still there, Now on 10-23-29 replacing Motor Mounts. Fixed?—- We will see....

It's more than I expected, heated seat, heated steering wheel. Lots of leg room, easy to drive. Easy controls, love the all the features it comes with..

I just simply love this vehicle! The comfort, styling and endless bells & whistles put this Ford Explorer Platinum well above the others in its class. I highly recommend this vehicle. It won't disappoint.

I wish have some hesitation about purchasing a salvaged vehicle. we have only ended a couple of days and driven it about 300 miles Black are impressed with a vehicle so far. Over the next year we will be able to confirm how well this vehicle worked out for our needs.

This is the car my wife drives. Very nibble in the parking lots .Sets up high enough so she can see. Loves the backup camera and navigation. Plus has all the room we need.

I am so excited to be back in a Ford! It is far more comfortable than my Cadillac Escalade. The seat design works great for anyone who spends a lot of time in the car. The ride is very smooth and the vehicle handles well. Visibility is also excellent.

Great deal from non pressure ford dealer. Great vehicle for the money. Lot's of room and comfortable. Interior pieces are high quality in upgraded model. Good cargo capacity. Great interface with sync 3. Much better than the MMI in our Audi. Handles good. Expected a little better gas mileage.
