Snap, crackle, and pop

I love the Touring, just not the snap, crackle, and pop. Bought it brand new and have had an issue with it since the first few months. It is in the shop now for the 5th time to fix the issue. It effects the radio, navigation, and heating and air. Every time I take it, they tell me if is fixed. I don't drive it but a few times a month and the notice starts all over again. I believe and upgrade to a newer Pilot is needed with the same balance owing warranty, and car note. They were well aware of this issue I am sure.

Great car

I love my Honda. It drives beautifully, it’s comfortable, holds the road, you feel safe because it’s so well made. A wonderful driving experience. I plan on buying it back when my lease is up.

Gas mileage

Only 13,500 miles and getting 20 to 22.5 mph. Is this what’s to be expected? I drive the speed limit and enjoy life so I don’t hot rod so I would have gotten better mileage.

Experiencing the Honda Pilot

I fell in love with the sleekness of the vehicle . The dashboard technology is appealing, easy to use. The steering wheel can be adjusted many ways. True power steering. Drivers seat can be adjusted for comfort. The second row seat is roomy and comfortable. Drives very smoothly and saves on gas!

Pilot Reliable as Ever

The touring model has all of the features we wanted such as the split second row of seats so that our third and oldest child could make it to the back seat. This was a problem with previous models of the pilot but not any more! Added comforts such as the Apple car play and the rear entertainment system on top of the typical no frills reliability of the pilot make this a great family vehicle.

We like Pilot.

We enjoy riding pilot. We have had Pilot before and were happy with it's performance. Although with the Elite model, we do not need all options.

worst customer service

i contacted Honda because of the crackling popping sound which after some research on google seems to be a common problem - when i called Honda they would not identify what the problem was only that i have to go to a dealer -when i asked why cant they let me know so that i can go to my mechanic and not have to leave it there for 3-7 days they told me because that's the way it works - the rep who answered refused to transfer me to a manager or any one else
