Worst car I’ve ever had.
Worst car I’ve ever had. Has spent over 160 days in service at Mercedes dealers for various issues ranging from mechanical to software related failures and tons of build quality issues and rattles. Have been to 5 separate Mercedes dealers for service, all but one are terrible and require multiple trips to resolve the same
issue. My AC was making clunking noises and required 7 service visits at 3 separate dealers before the 3rd dealer finally acknowledged the problem and fixed it. The rear shocks failed, the pump for the air suspension failed, the parking module failed, the front axle seal failed, the camera system stopped working and software had to be updated. The parktronic software also failed and had to be updated. The heads up display failed. Tons of other issues. 4 of the 5 Mercedes dealers have been terrible to work with and had no clue what they were doing. The 5th is excellent but it’s clear Mercedes doesn’t take quality seriously, and they don’t train their dealers well. The car is also a rattle box. The headliner was rattling and when I brought it for service they told me the factory forgot to put one of the clips in

The Most Impressive Mercedes Yet !
The confidence you feel driving a Mercedes’ is unmatched, unfortunately there are few discrepancies ..The seats are too confining, you can’t squirm or move in any direction. I think these movements are necessary for long term driving.A lot of the options the car has are complicated to use and some even unnecessary. As for the
handling, braking, response time is excellent! my sixth Mercedes, but it’s my first new One!! The overall experience thus far has been Great !! Bravo Mercedes!
