    Simply the best.

    A pinacle of German enginneering. There is nothing out there that can compare to the pure luxury of the C140 except maybe W140. There is a reason why these cars originally sold for close to $130,000 and that was considered a great deal for what you were getting. Atruly great car taht gives you a feeling like no other. 5 stars for reliability as well.

    AWESOME

    Excellent. They don't make vehicles like this anymore. I'm 6' 6" and this is very comfortable to drive. I have driven this vehicle up to 1,200 miles in one day and I was not exhausted or cramped. The drive is responsive and smooth with plenty of power. Awesome vehicle for the price. Excellent value. Nothing like German Engineering!

    This coupe is definitely one of the best ever made

    The C140 (CL 500/600) is by far one of the best made vehicles ever made. From the old school of Mercedes-Benz thought, the CL was designed and executed as a superb top-of-the-line model. The features the model introduced back in the 90's are still considered avantgarde today and some of them (such as the double glazed windows) have been discontinued mostly due to the extreme high costs of production. Due to the extreme complexity of electronics and electrical systems, there are a few unreliable glitches (like the servo assist pump for closing the doors and trunk or the air conditioning evaporator) which are expensive to repair. But overall the car is built like a tank and it will last as one as long as the owner takes good preventive maintenance on it. Performance, ride comfort, materials quality and fit are first class and there are only a few cars today that can compare or surpass them.

    class of its own my child

    this model is rare. this is the last real mercedes.the newer coupes and all benzes for that matter have had failure after failure with horrible customer service from MB.i dont recommend this car because i dont want anyone else having it but me:D. i get neck breaking stares everywhere i go in this thing and nothing ever goes wrong with it either. NOTHING!!!this benz makes all other cars look and feel like cheap trash! drive one and see if im lying.except the 4dr version of it.
