Definately purchase this car!!!

I purchased my 2007 mitsubishi eclipse gs about 3 months ago. I love it!!! It gets a lot of attention on the road a head turner. The interior (plastic) is a little cheap but that's the only thing that I found was a con...which if you take good care of your car you shouldn't have any worries. It drives excellent and gets awesome gas mileage... this is a very awesome car and I am so glad i purchased. Best sports car out there !

fun fast sporty!!

I purchased an 07 Eclipse Spyder GT 3.8 ltr v6 and i am more than pleased with it!!!! mine is all black with black leather interior and it has the premium stero package which is amazzzzing, i love listening to my music loud so this is perfect for me and the built in sub has the perfect amount of bass for me. the car handles extremely well and i love the stock 18 inch wheels that came with it!! i definitely reccomend anyone looking at these cars to get one!!!

Best Choice

I was looking for another sports car, and I chose this one and I love it. I haven't had any problems with it... The body style the color, it was the best chose...

Good choice in a limited field

when it comes to affordable convertibles with room for the kid(s) in back, this is a great choice. bought a used gt 6spd last yr, only drive in summer. engine is strong, man trans above avg, handling avg, interior plastic is cheap (its no honda), top operation is great, stereo is good - but should be better w/ 650watts. little concered about disappearing dealerships if repair needed. glad it has been discot'd to make it more rare. it's a heavy car, others are faster, but you wont care with the top down and stereo turned up. enjoy the suntan!

Fell In Love With The Look

I missed a previous convertible I'd totalled, and when I saw the Eclipse Spyder, I fell in love. I waited ages for the car to be delivered (far longer than the dealer promised), but in the 4 years I've owned it, I've acquired lots of compliments. A problem with the convertible top occured within the first couple of months, but was resolved in one visit, under warranty. Since then, I've had few issues. An annoying rattle in the exhaust was corrected (cost-free) by my local mechanic with some bubblegum and duct tape. The somewhat cheesy-looking plastic dashboard has acquired a few bubbles. And the shiny, rubber-free fenders are unforgiving - they insist on humiliating me with every lapse in parking attention or judgement. I bought the 4-cylinder GS, and it's been powerful enough for my commuting needs. And I still love the look. It'll do me just fine until I can afford a major upgrade... like to a Maserati.

exotic, reliable, fun, art on wheels

This car rocks. This is the nicest looking car I've ever owned. I c'ant find anything bad to say about this car. It's by far the best bang for the buck. I gave 4 stars on comfort for the back seat which is great for kids or adults that are 5'8" or shorter. This car is art on wheels.

Built for a tall man

I love this car ... when I went shopping for a sports car I found very few that were designed for a guy over 5'10" ... I'm 6'2" and this car is great. It's a real head turner.

I love my car!

I leased this car in May 07 and Im enjoying it so much that I decided to purchase it after almost three years.

Fun FUn FUN!

I LOVE this car. I leased it back in 07 and I just decided to keep it and refinance it. Ive had no xxxxxxwith it whatsoever and I love how tight the shifter is when changing gears, the power and sound of the V6 when Im driving with the top down. I test several used Porsche Boxsters and the MB SLK and none come close to fun of taking off at a red light and shifting through the gears in this car!

LOVE IT..but no room..

I bought the 2007 brand new after my old 2000 eclipse was totaled, I bought Pearl blue which i have only ever seen a few times in the two years i have owned the car. I love it, its powerful enough for me, picks up well. The front seats are very comfortable. I also love the sound system in the car. On the downside, there are ALOT of blind spots, so, to pass a car on the highway i pracctiacally have to turn my whole body around to see if anyone is next to me, and plus the thing is awful in snow, it has always gotten me home, but i must go like ten mins an hour so i will give it that. But also even in a little bit of snow, it has alot of trouble going up any type of hill. Plus there is no backseat whatsoever. I dont have any kids or anything, I would hate to have to squeeze a child back their. But I will say this is an awesome car for the summer and I have never had to take it to the shop other than oil changes.
