2018 Nissan Altima review: Our expert's take

What it is: The five-seat Altima is Nissan's mid-size sedan. It offers a choice of a 2.5-liter four-cylinder or 3.5-liter V-6 engine. All models come with a continuously variable automatic transmission. Competitors include the Chevrolet Malibu, Ford Fusion, Honda Accord, Hyundai Sonata, Mazda6 and Toyota Camry.

Forward collision warning and automatic emergency braking are now standard. The top-of-the-line 3.5 SL trim level adds adaptive cruise control and the NissanConnect multimedia system with navigation and Apple CarPlay and Android Auto smartphone connectivity.

I purchased my Nissan in 2018, and I have been noticing that , some time it Loses Power and it Started to stop ,it doesn't turn off, but there isn't any power to the gas, it's very scary 😨. I have to roll to the side of the road till gets power again. I press on the ⛽gas and there is no pressure, on the gas pattel it's scary, I have been buying Nissan all my life and this is the first Nissan that I have been having scary 😨moments,
