Great truck.

Great truck. Had issues with Def freezing below 12 degrees. Had to rig a heater cord on line to keep warm. Had to have it flashed once. Dodge did recall for CP4 pump changed back to the more reliable CP3. Still have a catch in the steering when turning. Dealer says it’s just normal. I disagree. Sometimes on a turn vehicle wants to go straight. Had an alignment which made the steering better and the ride better.

Good Pickup

I'm a farmer and need a good reliable hard working pickup. Ram delivers with their 6.7. Truck is a basic package so I don't worry that going in and out of fields and even bringing in a baby calf when it is cold out will destroy some fancy unneeded thing.

Met expectations

1st Ram I’ve ever owned went with 2020 6.7 Cummins tradesman with Ram box. My first choice was Ford F-250 diesel, but couldn’t find any dealership with them during the shortages. Went with Dodge cummins do pull dump trailer an excavator. Overall I’ve been really impressed, I’ve put this truck through xxxx and it has answered. The countless number of property improvements have been amazing! Pros interior, radio, and ride…great for road trips and hwy mileage is 20+ mpg. Cons, doors are clunky and heavy, recalls…can’t keep up with all the recalls, ram box is poorly designed doesn’t ever shut right…would advise against. Overall it’s a good looking truck, and it’s a work horse….definitely heavy duty!

I love my truck. If you're in the market for any vehicle, go see Darrick Jones at Corwin Ford In Spokane, WA. Great company, service and you won't be disappointed!

Very unhappy since I’ve switched to a ram 2500!

Way too many issues for only having 50,000 miles. Very uncomfortable and Ram does nothing to fix the issues with the truck!!! Customer care is very bad!!!!

God ram it!!!

Horrible truck!!! Shakes at all speeds, brakes and shocks went out at 24k miles, lifter ticking at 30k miles and needs engine replaced. Wish I would have listened to my instincts and bought a ford or Chevy instead. Price was less of the two so no wonder it’s crap.

Brake issues

No fix for front brakes and no one else can sell brakes. Ram has a hold on the pattens they sell them for just under $400 but don’t have any available
