2019 Subaru Forester consumer reviews

Although I have less than 500 miles on the car at this time, it meets all of my expectations. While it is too soon to rate the reliability, I see no reason, give the quality of the Subaru Forester, that it will not be totally reliable. I read reports that the car is under powered. Rest assured it is not lacking in power. It is quiet, comfortable, and so far is averaging 29 miles per gallon around town. I am very happy with the car.

Excels in outward visibility, comfort, fuel economy, traction, safety, door openings, sunroof and value for money. The car is quiet overall but more noisy under acceleration.

I did not expect to have to get another car - my subaru impreza was only 4 years old - but a Hummer went through a stop sign at 50 miles an hour and totaled it. But the subaru probably saved my life - I was able to walk away - as much as I wanted another Impreza - I felt more comfortable in the Forester because it is higher off of the ground - I love this car and all of the added safety features - This being my forth Subaru and so far my favorite model!

Had Lincoln TownCar. This vehicle is smaller but still has all the comforts of larger car. I test drove a Kia Sorento and a Ford Edge along with the Forester and felt the Subaru had the best safety features, was the most comfortable and had everything I needed. It was not the least expensive but had standard features that were options on other vehicles.

so far this car is meeting all my needs. it is comfortable to drive and all the new bells and whistles work the way they say. look forward to testing it in the snow this winter.

Unsafe. One of the tires just burst while I was driving and no one is taking responsibility. Unreliable, terrible, worthless, piece of junk. I am running out of words to say how bad it is.

I'm very tall but have plenty of head and leg room. First up-roadtrip to the coast with 2 large dogs. Loved it. Looking forward to seeing what used to be just out of reach.

It is great to drive and very safety according time o all the features that it has. I love my Subaru. Good in gas and my kids love for being a sport car too.

The car is solid, smooth and comfortable. It’s exceeding our expectations. We enjoy the technology and safety features . The passengers space is roomy and storage is great. Such a well designed car.

This vehicle is nicely styled, comes fully equipped and is priced very competitively. It is adequately powered however I wish Subaru still offered the turbo charged engine it discontinued for 2019. Having said that, it's hard to find something wrong with this vehicle. A great SUV!
