My service advisor, Damian, was incredibly helpful, professional, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. He explained everything clearly and took great care of me. The technician, Jaquari, who handled the tire installation and inspection, did a fantastic job as well. He was thorough, efficient, and clearly takes pride in his work. My car drives extremely smooth- like it?s gliding. I also really appreciated the complimentary car wash and detail that came with the service ? it was a nice touch that left my car looking fresh and clean. If you?re in the Westwood area and need Acura service (or any service, really), I highly recommend Ira Acura. Great team, great service, and fair pricing. I had a older TL and had my heart set on a newer TL u til I found this perfect ILX. Wasn?t planning on buying a new car until Summer but what an outstanding price point for an Acura. Looks good, drives great, reliable and fantastic gas mileage! I wouldn?t drive anything but Acura.

I loved the polite, caring, and friendly help from everyone there. I dreaded the thought of being followed around and hounded by someone trying to make a sale. No high pressure sales. They basically just let me take the car out for a good long drive, crawl under it, look under the hood, check it all out. They Even made sure that the AC was totally charged and ready to rock and roll.
