Jackson Acura review
My dad and I traveled from Augusta to Roswell, GA, to look at a 2024 Acura MDX A-Spec with the intention of purchasing it if everything checked out. After having a disappointing experience at an Acura dealership in Columbia, SC, we decided to use the CarEdge AI service to help us navigate the negotiation process, and we were able to negotiate a great deal. When we arrived at Jackson Acura, we had the opportunity to work directly with the Sales Manager, Dmitry. He was professional, straightforward, knowledgeable, and made the entire process feel so much easier and more comfortable than our previous experience. I’m extremely happy with my purchase and would absolutely give Dmitry and Jackson Acura a 5-star rating! If you’re in the market for an Acura and want to work with someone who knows their business, communicates honestly, and is willing to work with you, I highly recommend checking out Jackson Acura. After our experience in Columbia, SC, the difference in customer service was definitely noticeable!
2020 Acura MDX review
Purchased a 2020 Acura MDX in August 2024. Very reliable, luxury, decent on gas that has a nice V6 engine. I like the 2 screen display, the on and off button for the radio is fairly cheap. Love the LED front lights! So far so good!
