Overall value is great. Very luxurious interior only downfall is that the car does not have Apple CarPlay Smooth ride and handling. Great styling and interior space.

I had my car serviced at BMW of Sterling. After a tricky diagnosis, the service team (Jeff S. and Mike) identified the problem and efficiently implemented a solution. The service department also provided a rental car that they covered since the dealership was out of loaners. Beautiful car for our family of 4, plenty of legroom and cargo space throughout, loads of options, smooth ride, handles great like a car. It sits up higher like a truck and feels safe on the road. Luxurious feel with leather and high end details.

My experience with Sheehy Infiniti of Chantilly was awesome!! My sales adviser Chris Darlington was top notch. I have been researching and looking for a Toyota Sequoia for a few months. I narrowed my search down to about 4 Sequoias. I live an hour away in Maryland, but I decided to take the drive down to Chantilly, Virginia to test drive them. My first stop was Sheehy Infiniti of Chantilly. My goal was just to test drive and gather information. Even though this is an Infiniti dealership, Chris was very knowledgeable about the Toyota Sequoia. When I left the dealership, I was very satisfied with the presentation and process. I went to another dealership in the same Chantilly Auto Complex and 2 others in Maryland. I did not realize it at the time, but Chris set the bar very high. My experience at the other 3 dealerships was subpar compared to Chris and Sheehy Infiniti of Chantilly. The last truck that I brought I had a bad experience, so I was very skeptical this time around and I did not want to make a bad choice. I was going to pick a Sequoia in Maryland until I realized the guy lied about something. I am so glad that I chose to go with Chris and Sheehy Infiniti of Chantilly. Dave in finance found me the best rate which I really appreciate. I am grateful that I took Chris advice and joined the VIP Club. The excellent customer service was the same at Sheehy Toyota in Laurel. I am 48 years old, and I have purchased several vehicles in my lifetime. The total process at both Sheehy Infiniti of Chantilly and Sheehy Toyota of Laurel was exceptional and my best vehicle purchasing experience!!!

The QX60 offers a confident, well balanced driving experience. It handles well, accelerates well, brakes well, handles like a car! It's a quiet driving vehicle. Overall it's well balanced and fun to drive! AWD keeps you steady down the road! Without NAV and Apple/Android Car play - your forced to use your phone's navigation. Other than that - it's a refined vehicle I'm very happy with!

This beauty has met all of our needs! I read a few reviews that talked about the lack of technology, however we are very pleased with this beautiful smooth riding Infiniti QX 60. I bought this car at a fair price for my wife,,. She loves it. Averaging 22.5 miles PPG so far. Drives great and looks great! On the highway when you’re cruising at 70 it feels like your going 50. This is a great car with a great warranty 60K miles verse most of the competition that gives you 48-50k. This indicates to me that Infiniti believes in their Vehicle, so do I!!! So far I’m more than happy with this purchase. Several drive options from Sport,Standard, Eco, and Snow.

Christian was my service representative. He explained then showed me what needed to be replaced on my car. Most people don’t get their cars repaired at dealerships because they know they are going to get hosed on labor costs. Christian gave me a reasonable price for the repairs needed. Thus, he was smart enough to realize that a repeat customer is better in the long run than a one time customer because you hosed the customer and the customer doesn’t ever return again.

I've been going to Sheehy of Tysons for over 10 years since I bought my 2011 G37x from them. I take my two Infinitis and Pathfinder here for service and tires. I've always had great service. Very accommodating. They keep me informed on status. Can talk to them about the work I need done. I trust these guys.

Bought a used Altima here and man was I blown away by the sales team. Everybody from the salesman to the management team was courteous, professional, and willing to work out a fair deal. The car I bought had a few scratches on the rear bumper. When i brought this up they immediately had the Detail Team buff them out. I was. I was amazed at how good they had the vehicle looking. I almost didnt go here, the average review rating was at ~2.3 Stars and I didnt know what to expect. I am so glad I followed through. You wont be disappointed!

My wife's old car had been in our family for 17 years. It's almost impossible to find a new, base, all wheel drive midsize suv in NC. Most are going for right at msrp and there are hardly any base vehicles around. After 3 months searching I finally found what we were looking for to replace it at Rosenthal Chevrolet in Virginia, around 350 miles away. It's the year 2021, but they had the best price on a new 2020 Traverse LS AWD. I made contact with Sales Rep Lloyd Johnson, great guy, down to earth. He answered all my questions and I was ready to make the deal before I got to the dealership. Lloyd goes out of his way to treat people right. Very professional place. No pressure. I'm guessing because it's a 2020, they severely discounted it and I also got the manufacturer rebate. All total, it was over 8k off msrp! Drove 6 hrs to get the vehicle and price I wanted. Finance guy, Scott, surprised me with a lower rate than we originally planned on. Can't say enough about this place. Will certainly make the trip again when it's time for another. If I had to say one not so great thing, and it's not much, was that they wouldn't hold my vehicle with a deposit until the weekend. Would loved to have brought the family with me, pick up the car on Friday, and then would like to have spent the weekend in DC. But, I guess ya can't have it all. Still a fantastic buying experience.
