The best car purchase experience ever!

My husband and I have had the best car buying experience ever at Mercedes Benz of Farmington! It was just astonishing and yet so real!
It all started with Crystina Baum, our client advisor, responding to our inquiries on their 2017 Mercedes C300 inventory. After narrowing it down to 3 cars, Crystina worked hard to email us all the information we requested and their sale prices.
Their "One Price" policy truly simplified our buying process. After making some comparisons, we felt that the "price was right" on the one car that we were interested in, so we decided it was time to visit the dealership and test drive to check out the car.
Upon arriving, we found the showroom lovely and elegantly furnished. We met Crystina in person for the first time and we were immediately taken by her friendliness, professionalism, and most of all, her genuine interest to connect with us. She was also very knowledgeable about the car. Once we decided to make the purchase, she even voluntarily searched and presented to us a super low interest car loan that was too good to pass, contrary to what we had initially planned. Staying past the closing time, Crystina made sure all the paperwork was taken care of and that the car was ready to go. She called a couple of days later and when she found out that we were still trying to figure out how to operate our high-tech car with ease, she promptly arranged to have Talon come over and showed us once again. We could tell that Crystina was very attentive to her client's needs and always ready to help in every way she could. Crystina, you are the best! And to Talon, thanks for a job well done!
