So, I found myself looking elsewhere. After looking at a lot of cars, I went to Acura of Rochester (never even thinking of an Acura before that day) - and I was blwon away by the welcome, courtesy, facilities and products of this dealership and my salesman. I was able to acquire a new RLX in July, 2019. I did not have any reason to even experience the service department until May, 2020 for my first oil change and tire rotation - and my image of Acura of Rochester did not change, The professionalism of staff and the service facilities continued to re-enforce my opinion of Acura of Rochester was one of the finest dealerships I have ever worked with!
