The staff at Acura Thousand Oaks was outstanding! Aaron, Steve, Frank, Paul and Bret made walking into a dealership fun! They had the car clean and ready for viewing before we signed any paperwork! That's customer service right there! UNFORTUNATELY, Acura Financial was unable to approve us! Even with a 695 credit score and $3,000 down for a 2018 standard TLX lease! The staff went above and beyond. They greeted us at the door, explained everything in detail and made us feel like humans and not just another potential sale. I only wish we would have been able to do business with them! Nevertheless, they earned the 5 star rating I gave them! Keep up the great work guys! I truly hope we can put the car of our dreams in our driveway in the upcoming future!

Well from first sight its such an aesthetically good looking vehicle and then it gets even better when you step inside and take a seat. it is extremely comfortable and spacious, with such a luxurious feel.
Very friendly people and quick service on our '15 Acura RDX.
Still very new, but love it so far!

I just LIKE this car. I like the looks and the interior. Performance is fine for what I need. It has more than enough technology which is easy to learn and effective. A couple of things I miss are automatic trunk closer and heated steering wheel, but those are not consequential. Overall, a refined, luxurious car for its size and price.
I bought mine Pre Owned with 65k miles and now have 80k on it. The rear wheel steering PAWS needs replaced and is $6000 to fix. Acura knows the rear wheel acuators go bad and each side is $2500 plus labor and alignment. Also now I am having issues with draining my battery. I looked online and many others are having the same issues and with less miles on their RLX. I am used to Lexus and Toyotas with no issues and have driven them for 300k miles. This is rediculous and Acura need to do something about it ! I should of bought the Lexus LS460 instead.
I like sitting down at the desk and working with Charlotte and Matt in the service desk. It's more personable that way and they are able to look up my history on their computer and tell me if I have any special deals coming to me. They are both pleasant to work with and they are the reasons why I keep coming back to Joe Rizza Acura to have my service instead of the dealer where I bought my car from. I hate going thru the express. I hate having to stand outside of my car and explaining what I need to have done to my car and signing papers. It's not personable and I found myself juggling my purse and other items I had with me to sign the papers they handed me to sign in order to have my car service.

This is a nice car and has all of the latest safety devices. The car is much louder than expected and has transmission shift issues at 3/4 to full throttle. The only reason I purchased this car was the dealer was taking significant $$$ off. The local Acura Service Department, Hunt Valley Acura in MD, is the worst. Could not repair transmission issue, which they recreated, so just told me to bring it back when the transmission completely fails. I complained to corporate and received no response. I will never buy another Acura.
The team took the time to go through all of the vehicle options with my husband and I when we went in to find a new family vehicle for our growing family. They answered all of our questions and broke everything down for us.

This is a very nice car! I owned a 2015 TLX prior to this and while the RLX is not as sporty as the TLX it is much more luxurious. Extremely comfortable, responsive and roomy.
Great customer service Pablo was very professional and delivered great customer service. Great communication and went out of his way to make the transaction easy.
The sleeper car at sometimes great savings.

I really enjoyed driving the car and overall features, but the dealers think it's a new car price, when there's a $28K depression value in it the first year, then $2.5K each additional year. Some dealer understand that and price it right, most don't which suck limiting chooses as there are very few out there. Most are off lease.
Jim McGee gave excellent customer service, car was done in time promised and they even washed it, I never of had a bad experience there thank you so much

This car is very comfortable and has a lot of ?get up and go.? I love the quiet cabin and smooth ride. I also like the windshield being large which really gives you a good field of view. Overall great car.
Always a great experience dealing with salesmen at Wayne Acura. I just recently purchased an Acura RDX and I’m extremely excited about my new car! I especially would like to mention our salesman, Pedro Diaz, who is very friendly and extremely helpful. He often calls to see if we have any questions or concerns about my new car! We were very happy with this purchase. The car was stylish and very well appointed. We has a 2002 RL which we purchased new and never had a major problem with it. I'm confident this 2015 Acura Tech will give us the same result.
