My review is all positive. Particularly we LOVE the Sound proofing inside the car. Only negative is it is GAS HOG! It is BIG and sometimes I feel bulky. All the features are sometimes difficult to remember how to do what. Navigation system is "goofy" at times claiming it does not have such listing..

I purchased a 2018 Ram in October. I took possession of the truck the same day. I went to use the truck two days later and it had a dead battery. I called sales and they asked if I could get the truck to the dealership. I was able to jump the truck. Piazza took the truck right in and checked the battery which tested bad. They replaced the battery with no charge to me. I also had a water problem in the cab. This seems to be a big problem Ram has had for years but have not fix the problem. I called sales again. Since I had the truck for only one month they made an appointment for me to bring it in. Piazza checked for leaks and found a pressure vent in the rear fire wall and the rear window were leaking. I talked with a service rep by the name of Alex. Alex kept in touch with me every day letting me know what was going on. They had to pull the rear seats to replace the vent and a new rear window was replaced. The window had a sliding window. When I went to pick up the truck I was expecting to pay for the repair but Alex placed a form in front of me and asked me to sign. At the bottom of the form were all zero's. I asked if I had to pay something and his reply was no you only had the truck for a month. I even tried to compensate or offset the cost for the service but Alex said no thank you. I am so pleased with how Piazza handled the service and I would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle again. I give Piazza a 10 out of 10.

Like other reviews I love this car! Comfortable, stylish, it’s inherently a Honda so likely reliable. Gas mileage not great but better than MDX of the past which weren’t nearly as fun to drive! Highly recommend this Acura. Haven’t owned one since I had a 2008 TL but I have the same happy feeling whenever I drive it, now in a very different life stage!

Mercedez Benz of Lehigh Valley, Pa provided a unique experience for me this recent interaction. My c300 had a strong unusual gasoline odor in the garage suddenly. I had called MB of LV on a Thursday, going into Presidents' Day holiday weekend. My experience began with: *Telephone/reception : Leillani *Service Advisor: Juan Martinez (1 of 6 service advisors, very hard working with an overfill of workorders and facing challenges regarding courtesy loaners at the time. Yet handling all customer transports through shuttle service which was timely and professional) *Technician: Rick Dombroski *Valet staff, all of them! Juan Martinez explained from first interaction in a very efficient, clear, concise, professional and in ELITE manner the process of vehicle handling. Covering initial multipoint inspection of the vehicle in general, plus recommendations of maintenance and potentially beyond the diagnostics of my reason of bringing the vehicle in the first place. Very clear, to the point. Punctual. This being on a Thursday, resulted in follow up and further diagnostics through the Friday and work performed over the weekend into Monday, the technician and efforts resulted in going above and beyond in attempts to replicate the gasoline smell by filling the gas tank. After extensive trials and diagnostics, situations was resolved Tuesday as promised. Furthermore, it was discovered and recommended for subframe work. Which can be a costly job concerning critical quality component of such vehicle to remain in elite luxury condition. All the work was completed as promised and professionally manicured to exceed expectations of quality and resolve. Juan Martinez, not only impressed upon me as a recent customer, but confirmed the values of integrity, honesty, professionalism, and service truly to reflect the name and brand values of Mercedez Benz of Lehigh Valley. My wife and I absolutely Love our RDX. Unfortunately we recently had a mechanical issue and the part is on back order, 3 weeks later and still no part. So our vehicle is great but not sure about corporate??????

I haven't had a car buying this pleasant since my first one way back in 1972. The entire dealership was very friendly and engaging. My wife and I were genuinely surprised. Most dealerships we had been to in search of a new car for her either seemed so money-hungry we quickly left, or were so ignorant on their own product line it wasn't worth the time to talk to them. These folks know their products, more importantly they are focused on your needs, not theirs. We were fortunate to encounter a sales person, Bill B. who was a mechanic! How often does that happen? Not once did I hear "We want to EARN your business." All I heard was what the car did, its features and benefits and what to expect. The financing and paperwork were simple. No running back and forth 17 times to 'get approval'--a tactic I deplore that is used to keep you at a place. If you are looking for ANY vehicle, stop here first and save yourself a lot of time and trouble. Ask for Bill B. The mechanic--he will fix you up!

We didn’t intend on the RDX we were shopping Lexus and Mercedes . Salesman suggested a test drive and it was the quietest most powerful refined vehicle we drove. Owned for 4 years ; phenomenal reliability

I am writing ANOTHER review for Trend Auto since I continue to use them for maintenance issues regarding my used Toyota Sienna that I purchased from them years ago. I have had several issues pop up through the years regarding my van and not only have they resolved each and every problem, they did so in a very reasonably priced and expedient manner. I cannot say enough good things about Trend Auto. I would not even consider going elsewhere. I trust these guys 100% and KEVIN IS FABULOUS! He is honest, fair and trust worthy. They all are an absolute pleasure to work with as I have never had one negative interaction with anyone there. In the past, I have bought many vehicles from various dealerships and I can tell you that Trend Auto is the best!!! I cannot recommend their top notch service highly enough. Got a '25 Integra TypeS. ~25mpg daily driver with attitude. Love driving this manual 6-speed! Engine and transmission is a perfect pair. Honda quality! Not the fastest car on the road but so much fun to drive and own.

The 2011 Acura RL is easily one of the nicest sporty luxury cars made that year. The SH-AWD is amazing, the 3.7L engine loves to run, the interior is beautiful, the Bose sound wonderful. Hard to believe these did not sell better - AND if you can find one second-hand, jump on it. You'll be glad you did.

I had a 21 TLX advanced with the 2.0 L four-cylinder turbo and in 2023 I traded it for the TLX type S. What a shockingly different car. Granted the car probably has about 75 hp less than it should from the factory but, it’s easy to tune and mine is in the 435 hp range now. It was a great car to begin with and now it’s even better. There are a couple nagging issues with it: the brakes rattle, the Brembo brakes upfront, the pads on the inside, rattle like a bad ball joint whenever you hit a bump. The dealer couldn’t fix the problem and Acura told them “that’s the way it is, they are performance brakes“ well that’s a bunch of hog wash so I fixed it myself. Just an inexpensive shim on the inside pad and all was fixed. There are some long-term issues that IJust an inexpensive shim on the inside pad and all was fixed. There are some long-term issues that I am concerned about: the rear suspension plug for the adaptive suspension can get corroded over overtime and the entire car needs to be stripped apart to replace a wire harness. I haven’t had an issue with this, but I did grease my rear plugs just to be on the safe side. And these cars are known to have transfer case issues, resulting in a transmission replacement. Again, I haven’t had that issue, but the car only has 9000 miles on it. Just things that I am concerned about long-term as it seems Honda/Acura reliability, even though better than anything out there, isn’t what it used to be. But this is a fantastic car! And I would absolutely buy it again.

This car is amazing but if you like music you are going to have a lot of problems with its audio system. Who ever Acura let do the audio system needs to never do it again. Audio system doesn’t even last for more than a year

I'm not sure what to think of acura. I had the acura 22 ILX until I saw the Integra aspec. I have only had it for 8 months and the air conditioner unit got a leak. I'm not sure if it's a recall or a fluke. I hope it is the only thing that goes wrong. I Love My Car. ❤️

In an age where you’re constantly on guard for someone who’s gonna steal your wallet, these guys at Good Value Cars defy the odds. Dec-2023: Ed & his dad run this family biz together. I purchased a fairly high mileage, 1-owner Toyota from them and drove 110mi from NYC to Norristown, PA to buy it—sight unseen. I trusted them. The car was actually better! than described. Of course Ed sent dozens of extra picts. I negotiated a little off the asking price, but honestly, the car was easily worth what I paid for it. Ed & his dad know how to pick great cars. They buy mostly trade-in’s from local dealers…. not “auction cars” Thus explains the quality of cars on their lot. Great people – always the sign of a great business.

Great car for the money. Lots of power. Fun to drive. Do nothing but oil change. Very dependable. I own it for five years. Never have any problems. Still drive like new even after these years.

Our Pilot died on the turnpike near West Chester/Downington on our way home from Atlantic City to Pittsburgh. Not knowing what to do, I called the closest Honda dealer, Reedman Toll. I spoke with Chris and being that it was about lunchtime, wasn't sure if he could even take a look at it. We had it towed there and not only were they able to take a look at it, they installed a new alternator and discovered that our timing belt was about to go any minute and Chris and the mechanics were generous enough to stay a little late and were able to replace that too! We were able to get back on the road and make it home the same day! I can't say enough good things about Chris and the mechanics that helped out out of a bind!! If I lived in the area, I would service my vehicle there all the time. Fantastic customer service, please give that guy a raise! Thank you again!

I traded a bmw 330 for this. I am very happy. The bmw was unreliable and a joy to drive. The integra is reliable an almost as fun, and much cheaper and more confortable. I wish i had considered the integra before.

For reference I am going list a few of my previous cars. I typically keep my vehicles until they become money pits. I am only listing "cars" not my trucks and SUV's. I've had 1988 ($8k used) and 1994 ($34k new) Supra's (pre-Fast and Furius days, both amazing cars and not modified), 2001 ($30k new) Audi A4 2.8 (horrible car - spent more time in a loaner than my actual car), 2013 ($34k new) Dodge Charger SRT-8 (best car I've ever owned but was totaled, was an actual Dodge before FCA took over production in 2014), and it's replacement was a fully loaded 2022 ($60K) Dodge Charger Scat Pack (looked and sounded great, but is tied as worst car with the Audi, Stellantis era vehicle - only vehicle I've ever traded before paying it off). I traded in the Scat for the Integra ($38k) and have zero regrets. Yes, I lost 275 HP - but I also got a car that looks great, gets 38 MPG (at 65 MPH on back-roads), has almost all the same features (the ones it does have are better), and has had zero issues in 12000 miles and 2x 1300-mile interstate road trips (at 85 MPH getting 35 MPG). As I primarily use this as a commuter, the thing I like the most is $30 vs $75 tank of premium fuel from the SRT and Scat every week (and my insurance dropped $400 a year). Believe it or not, even though it is a compact sedan, it has more legroom in the rear than the Charger (a "full size sedan"). My main issues with the car are the original tires had very hard rubber and caused what people say is the loud road noise, there is no cooled seat option, and no AC vents in the rear of the car. Other minor issues are even on the premium 18" wheels the car sits very low, even though the hatch is great for cargo it leaves little headroom for taller passengers, and the cheap gloss black trim in the front leaves fingerprints and is easy to scratch (upgraded to aftermarket caron fiber).

This car is perfect for me. I wanted a quiet, comfortable ride with good gas mileage for commuting. That is exactly what I got. The seat is supportive and comfortable, I got 38 mpg on the highway, and the stereo is amazing.

The dealership was very helpful in consummating the deal. The vehicle was very clean. Not living in the Pennsylvania area, I appreciated Andy's assistance in describing the condition of the vehicle.
