2024 Alfa Romeo Tonale review
I just purchased the new Tonale Veloce SUV. I traded in my Giulia and thought I would miss it, but I love this new Alfa. The red paint is gorgeous. The interior is so comfortable and has high tech controls. All the assisted driving safety features are configurable to your liking. This is a fun, sporty SUV to drive. It's super spunky on electric or gas.

2024 Alfa Romeo Tonale review
My Tonale is terrific! It’s a little smaller than my previous Honda CRV but perfect for two people in front and my dog in back. It’s a little tight for four adults so we take my wife’s if we have a foursome. I bought it in July and it’s used three or four tanks of gas total. Driving around town I use the all electric setting. It’s so pretty I get lots of looks!

I bought a 2013 VW CC Sport from them. I am from Binghamton, NY & this car was located at their showroom in Hartford, CT. I saw this car?s listing online and immediately liked it but wanted to test drive the vehicle before putting down my money. I had arranged for my own finance so needed the purchase order for this vehicle. They agreed to give me the purchase order if I put a refundable deposit of $500 on my credit card. I agreed to that. So I put my paper work in order and drove down with a friend on Saturday to their showroom. The condition of the vehicle was good just like I had imagined from the pictures. I took a test drive. The gentleman who was with us on the deal was knowledgeable & helpful. I noticed that above the front passenger headliner there was some black smear. I pointed out this to the salesman & he took care of it immediately. Also the engine bay & the underside of the vehicle looked dirty as if it was not washed so they gave the car a complete rewash before I left. I was unclear on how I would be able to register a CT dealer plate vehicle in NY State. I was told that I would be getting NY plates which I did. Only place where the dealer needs to improve is communication. I had no clue what was going on with my registration & upon calling/emailing I just got the answer that ?A third party company is taking care of it?. This is my first car in this country and it should not be assumed by dealer that everyone knows the process of buying a car over here. It is nice to maintain some transparency during paper work as I am paying for that service as well. Now I got the plates from DMW NY however I never got the title for my car. Upon asking the dealer, they say they mailed the title directly to my finance company and it?s normal. Here?s the thing, my friend got his car a week later mine, went through the same finance company as mine and he got his title from the dealer (different car dealer). He just made sure he added the finance company name as a lien holder on his car?s title & mailed a copy for their record.
2024 Alfa Romeo Tonale review
I enjoyed exploring the roads with this car. The drive quality is impressive and it was extremely comfortable. The aesthetics could have been better, but I like it overall.

Once again I had the pleasure of working with Steven Duffy. I began my relationship with Modern Mazda back in 2023 when I leased a ‘23 Mazda CX-5. Steven was extremely helpful and made sure that I found the exact trim and color combo I was looking for. With my lease scheduled to end soon, I expressed to Steven how I very much wanted to keep the car I feel in love with three years ago and he was once again, extremely helpful! Within just a few days, Steven had all appointments scheduled and I signed my financing agreement yesterday (Talk about a full circle moment!). I honestly cannot say enough nice things about Steven and the whole crew down at Modern Mazda. And while I don’t see another car purchase in my future any time soon, I have already referred a co-worker to him and will be reaching out to him when it is time to purchase a vehicle for our daughter.

2022 Alfa Romeo Stelvio review
SuperTourer - love my 2019 Stelvio Lusso more each day. Owned it 3 years - bought with 28000 miles now at 84000! No squeaks, no rattles, no mechanical issues - drives and feels rock solid, strong, nimble, and eager to roll. The Lusso is very comfortable with posh leather seats. Does anyone else think Alfas are way underrated!?

I have owned many fast cars, BMW M4, X7 with twin turbo 8s, Audi's etc. This car takes me back to the old school BMW for the pure driver minus all the extra you pay for the fancy interior LED and tech screens. I needed a good commuter car with good mileage as my SUV gives me 15mpg combined. The Alpha is a great commuter but so much more! It gives 33mph pure highway, I get 27 combined. It's a fast and powerful turbo 4. But the car is light with a carbon fiber drivetrain, it is light and nimble and so much fun to drive. The styling and wheel package on the Veloce trim is stunning. I get many looks and compliments and many wonder what it is. It's a beautiful look with great driving dynamics, and ride is firm but comfortable. It is not as hard as a BMW where you feel every pebble on the road, but tight to the ground with low center of gravity. My other friend loved it so much when we took it for a drive and traded in his 2016 BMW 5 series with the M package. He traded in his twin turbo 8 for the the Giulia and loves the drive. Reminds me of my first BMW in 2009, pure joy. I highly recommend it, especially for the price. Alpha Romeo is not that well known and cannot demand the prices of BMW and Mercedes. I would lease as most European cars lose resale value. Positives are the sporty look and drive quality, sexy wheels and amazing engine and efficiency. Paddle shifters, cargo room in trunk and useable back seat. Negatives are they are a bit behind in tech in terms of Android Auto and Apple car play. It is wired, not wireless, but you can buy a carline device on amazon for 80 bucks to fix that issue. Otherwise, great.
