I had been in the market for a 2012 Shelby GT500 when I came across the Auto Palace Ad on Cars.com. I sent in a request for information which was responded to immediately by Steve Blackwell. We spoke a few times by phone and he was super helpful, even found financing that beat my bank by a large margin! I lived over 325 miles away so did a Fly and Drive with my 2 boys. Steve gave us the royal treatment and even arranged a ride to the dealership from my Hotel near the airport! We were even treated to a tour of the facility and of their private collection of Automobiles which was very interesting and extensive. The paper work was painless as everything was prepared and before we knew it we were on our way back home. The car ran flawlessly and even averaged 23 .8 MPG on the drive home. Not bad for a 550HP vehicle! I am super happy and offer a sincere Thank You! to the team at Auto Palace!
I've been thinking of picking up a 911 for a few years now and have stopped by every year or so with Tom Sawyer. They offer a low pressure approach and when the time came to purchase I couldn't have been happier with the service and the easy process. I'd highly recommend them.
If zero stars was an option, that would better describe the service provided by this dealership. Not only did they make me an appointment for body work with a loaner vehicle and then tell me that I couldn't keep the loaner vehicle during the body service (because their body shop is in Cranberry....not sure what that has to do with anything) but also said they wouldn't be able to do the body work until the following week. To make everything even worse, when I took my car elsewhere for an estimate, I was told that the previous repair done by the dealership was terrible and would require more work and money to repair in order to fix the shoddy job. I bought a luxury car for a reason.....the first benefit if owning an Infiniti on the Infiniti USA website is service and courtesy vehicles.....neither of which this dealership provides. I will go out of my way in the future to never give business to any Cochran dealership and let everyone I know to do the same. The dealership has contacted me and is trying to make this right and being very accommodating. More to come.....
Have bought several Nissan's from another Cochran dealer. Vice going all the way down to the South Hills, Kristen and Mark were able to make accomodation and handled everything like I was some kind of VIP. It was a great experience. It is quite an operation, and the facilities are top notch. The waiting area, internet, amenities, etc (although I did struggle a bit with the coffee/espresso machine!) were top notch as well.
I was pleased to hear Jen Sausman is the General Sales Manager at Town & Country. I have purchased several vehicles from her when she was at Freedom Ford. Every time I got the best price upfront and I was treated with respect. Nobody enjoys car shopping, but my experience with Jen was actually enjoyable. I will continue to purchase from her and I will refer anyone in the market for a new vehicle to see Jen.
The folks at Town and Country Ford in Ligonier were extremely helpful in helping me to find the specific car I was looking for. I bought my new Ford Escape there and I had a very positive and pleasant experience while dealing with everyone there. I love the car and althiugh I havn't needed any service in it, the crew there assures me that their service is convenient and prompt. I am very pleased with the entire process.
Several weeks ago, I had my Toyota Camry in Town and Country's service department for a safety concern. They were very up-front and honest with what was going on with my car. After considering my options, I began looking for a brand new Taurus with their sales team. They had a nice selection of well-equipped and beautiful vehicles. I ended up buying my new Taurus that same day with no run around and a fair trade for my old car! I drove it off their lot with a smile because I know I got a great deal. Tom Truscello and his sales team are very helpful and efficient.
Town and Country Ford is the easiest place I have ever dealt with. I will recommend this Dealership to all of my friends and relatives. The Sales team at Town and Country went out of their way to make my experience very comfortable and relaxed. My Fusion was ready when I was told it would be and was clean and full of gas.
