I was looking for a new car and was looking at local dealerships. I knew several friends and family members who purchased from Pilson's so I figured I would give it a shot. I looked at their inventory online and found several cars I was interested in. There was one in particular. I went to take a look at it and met Nicole Jones a sales representative. She showed me my options in my budget. I was pretty nervous because I don't have the best credit and my current car I didn't think was worth very much. I was on a tight budget but Nicole said, "Just wait. We have something for you." She then showed me another car and I instantly fell in love. I had a bad car buying experience with my first car so I was pretty anxious about starting the process over again. Nicole made me feel comfortable every step of the way by thoroughly explaining everything. She had other customers in the store but never let me feel neglected. I worked with her all day and somehow with her magic, she got me approved for the car with monthly payments I could handle. It felt like she was a fairy godmother! i recently had a 2023 for explorer it was a good truck never a problem but not a comfortable as the jeep grand Cherokee l front seating is amazing no issues at all i did my research and made sure i bought one with the German transmission its a good idea to check that only thing i can say on the down side seam to be a little under powered but i can live with it decent milage 20 around town.

I have never owned a Jeep before and barely even considered an SUV. I've always been a luxury sedan guy, but this Jeep Grand Cherokee L Overland 4x4 has completely changed my mind. The exterior and interior designs are on par with most SUVs and remind me of the luxury sedans I have previously driven. Tech options are better than I've ever had in any other car. The ride and comfort are better than anything I've ever experienced before. Very dependable so far but I'm still under 1000 miles. I'm very pleased with my purchase decision.

In all my experiences in buying vehicles (around 50 years) I never had a more accommodating and excellent experience than with Pilsen . My salesman was top notch knowledgeable in everything from finance to delivery. I purchased a 2011 Chevrolet HHR . What put these folks over the top was several days after purchase I had an issue with fuel leak being it was 4th of July holiday I couldn’t get it to them I live in Newton Illinois. So that being said a very reputable mechanic in town repaired it the bill was 416.00 dollars. Upon contacting Brian G . The salesman explaining the situation he talked with General manager they agreed to pay for repairs even though technically they weren’t liable . But did the right thing sent me a check for the repairs which I received several days later I was overwhelmed with appreciation. This is my 3rd Buick. Loved my LaCrosse and just now upgraded to the Invision Avenir. Very satisfied with the look and upgraded options. Performance is a bit less than my LaCrosse with the V6 but adequate.

We recently purchased a 2022 Ford Explorer. A service light came on, and we brought the vehicle in. Excellent service! Kept us informed of the problem and when parts were available. Everything ended up covered under the extended warranty. We were extremely pleased with the service department!

Great car overall. Could use a little more pep. But for what the car is intended, as a good gas mileage low priced car, it’s hard to beat.

7 Ford Edges and the 2024 is rock solid yet quiet and great performance. Everyone wants to use the Edge when we go anywhere. The controls are easy to use for non distracted driving. Long road trips are un eventful and tires last forever. Loading space in the rear is flat easy and lots of space. Good visibility and safe.

I was unsure if I would like my car in person and only had a break in my day to go drive it. Matt and Steve made sure I had plenty of time with the car and held off on the necessities until I could have more time to look everything over and complete the paperwork (in other words they allowed my concerns drive the interaction).

Very nice vehicle with many hi-tech & comfort features. V-6 engine performs well for a 6 cyl. engine but would prefer a V-8, which is no longer an option. Very happy with over all performance.

For the money you can't do much better. Quiet, sleek and has lots of options available. Has plenty of room and storage for this class of car. Love the AWD version as I live in a part of the country that gets a fair amount of snow.

I purchased mine used with 15,000 miles. She runs great and I get compliments on her often. Supersonic red with black top. The only reason I purchased this car is because my 2000 Camry is getting hard to find parts for. He still runs great. But, since I do not know when I will need to repair anything expensive on him, I had to get another Camry. For fear of not being able to repair my 2000 Camry (which still looks amazing new). I can vouch that gas powered Toyota's will last forever. Look at all of them on the road. So, I know this one will last forever.

I just love my 2025 Chevrolet Traverse. I do recommend this vehicle for everything that you need with your family great mileage comfortable plenty of room. This is my second vehicle Chevrolet Traverse.

I have owned my Acadia just under one year. It is quiet, stylish, has an easy and very effective infotainment system, owns five star safety and shows every indication of being as reliable as the Yukon I owned for 20 years. This Suv will go to 60 mph in about 6.0 seconds flat. It has 20 inch wheels and tires and will turn better and stop faster than most every Suv. I have front and rear heated seats, cooled seats, a sunroof, memory settings and this is only an SLT. My gas mileage routinely exceeds EPA (with AWD). Driving from Milwaukee to Chicago, I averaged 29.8 MPG at 75 mph. EPA is 26 MPG at 65 mph. I truly LOVE that Car and Driver rates this SUV near the bottom. Better for me. I have the Home Run. The OWNERS of the GMC Acadia rate this SUV higher than Highlander Palisade, Explorer, Telluride and all the rest. Count me among them. FYI, not a GM employee, just a happy customer.

We have owned two Outbacks and have enjoyed them both. They are great to drive and very safe. My only complaint would be the touch screen, and only because I prefer buttons and knobs. But overall we love the car and would recommend it.

As we age, our reaction time may become slower. This vehicle is loaded with features that make me a safer driver. It connects wirelessly with my iPhone for hands-free Apple CarPlay. Love that! And the Acadia is a dream to drive. It’s the perfect size for me and my family

Generally the styling is nice, you really can see where the older Escape was used as the basis for this vehicle. The interior is nice and comfortable. Ford missed the mark on storage. The dead space behind the screen, as one example. You can buy a bin that will fit very nicely in that spot. Mileage has been good. Road noise can be a little much as times, and the ride can get a little jittery at speed. There is an odd shudder between 35 and 40mph, that the service tech said is from "cylinder deactivation". Ford and other manufacturers have had this technology for a long time. Seems hard to believe that Ford would screw it up. Was told that it happens in Eco or Normal mode. In Sport mode it's less noticeable, and doesn't really effect the mileage that much. Tried it, didn't see much of a difference. Other issue is legroom in the back seat. I'm 6'4" (and it's surprisingly easy for me to get in and out), but I need to have the seat back a bit. Leaves very little room for a back seat passenger. Overall, pretty good vehicle. Hopefully in the next gen, they'll correct some of these issues.

Salesman Peyton was great to work with. I didn?t really know what I wanted other than I wanted a truck and my budget. Brought several things out to show me until we found something that checked all my the boxes. Would have given Customer Service 5 stars, but finance manager wasn?t very personable, almost rude when I asked a question.

I was searching for a specific vehicle and I found a few on cars.com. 2020 F-150 Super Cab 2.7L Ecoboost, 10 speed transmission. At first I was concerned since I've never had a truck with a small V6. I was looking for good HP and good MPG. I liked the sporty trim STX look. Great acceleration and great MPG. Much better than my previous 2006 F-150 5.4L, which was a great truck, but it was time for a change. I do recommend this vehicle if you want MPG, power, and great towing capacity.

Salesman picked me up at the train at 11:30 on a Sunday night with icy roads. Thats full service And I love the truck, he filled up the 30 plus gallon tank because I left.

2016 is a good yr since there is limited electronic safety features. Truck has excellent ride, is quiet and gets great gas mileage with the 2.7 liter V6. My F150 has a 36 gallon tank and I've gotten over 1000 miles per fill up.

Best car I’ve ever owned. Does everything I want//need it to do. Always starts in the morning. I’ve been camping with it and slept inside the car. Plenty of room

Had a 2022 Elantra for 3 years only reason I got rid of it was the fact it was a lease and the 36000 miles was up and I did not need a 3rd vehicle. Used this car solely for road trips it had been to 28 states in total and never let me down. Car a bit low for bigger people like myself however very comfortable driving, got phenomenal gas mileage I could get from NH to VA on a single tank with gas to spare. Overall not a fan of Hyundai however I wouldn’t hesitate buying another Elantra. Only Con I ever had with this car was the fact it is so low to the ground it makes it a magnet for rocks to the windshield I did replace 3 while owning.
