just now I literally can’t put it all in the review, but I’ll summarize with, “This was the first time I had a pleasurable experience at a dealership” Nelson was the salesperson I worked with, but I think they all operate on a professional level. I’d recommend the place to anyone, but I am most impressed by how fast they found me the car I wanted and helped me decide based on all the options I had. I even got some education in the Certification process for an Audi Pre-Owned. I’ll be back to pick up a gently used A4 Allroad once someone is kind enough to trade one in!

Great shopping experience at Audi Chandler. The sales rep (Phaulner) was very transparent on all costs and available deals. There were a couple of dealer add-ons (window tinting and diamond ceramic body coating) which I did not want to he took one off and reduced the price on the other to their cost. The only thing was the sale associate quoted me the incorrect money factor for my lease and after I sent and email to the finance manager, the GM met with me and apologized and said it was an honest mistake. This was OK because the sales person told me the money factor was a incredible 1% APR but with the lease terms, I calculated the actual money factor at 2% APR which is still an amazing rate so it was OK that the sales person mistakenly told me the wrong money factor.

We were in the market for an Audi Q7 and had been in touch with multiple dealerships carrying the specifications we wanted. We ultimately decided to purchase from Audi Chandler, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. Ed was extremely helpful throughout the process. He informed us about the car’s availability, shared details over the phone ahead of time, and made everything very straightforward when we arrived at the dealership. In fact, we ended up coming in on one of his days off, and he still made sure someone was there waiting to take care of us. We test drove the vehicle and decided to move forward with the purchase the same day. What really stood out was the professionalism and customer service. The team answered our questions promptly, never pressured us into buying extras or add-ons, and made the entire process feel comfortable, transparent, and low stress. Since the car needed new tires, they were even willing to provide us with a loaner while everything was being completed, which we really appreciated. On top of that, because we live outside Chandler, they arranged to have the vehicle dropped off at our home once the tires were installed the following week. It made the entire purchase process incredibly convenient and allowed us to handle almost everything in essentially one visit. Overall, this was a top-notch experience, and we would highly recommend Audi Chandler to anyone looking for an Audi.

I went on the Internet and looked for the type an Audi with my preferred trim-line. I found it at a few place different places. Finally, one popped up at Audi Henderson. Even though the other cars had all of the accessories and the trim package I was looking for at other dealerships it wasn’t Audi Henderson. This is my second purchase from Audi Henderson. The service that I received from their Service department was exceptional! The concierge and car service from Johnny and Stephanie forced me to return. knew I would not be happy if I purchased the same vehicle but at a different dealership. I found a Q5 and checked if it was available Mark Schnee texted me immediately. We discussed the car. There a few Q5s that met my minimum trim line requirements but with my mobility issues I would not be able to go around the lot and look at different cars so Mark did all the leg work for me. Any question I had about a car he would send me a video or check it out just to make sure that it was available in that trim package. We spent probably at least an hour going back-and-forth checking on different cars. I finally found the car that I really want it with all the trim package I told him I was on the way I had already had a preapproval for the car loan. He said if he got here, we could probably do a better interest rate which he did. He got a percentage or so lower than what I had found. When we pulled up to the lot of the Audi Q5 fastback was sitting there under the canopy waiting for me. Mark then made a decision to bring the car over to where we were parked so that I wouldn’t have far to walk or have difficulty getting in and out of car. I got into the car and the seats were the bucket. Seats just didn’t work for me. They were just a little a little too tight for for my body type so I said Mark let’s go with the other Q5 and he said it was just sold and there wasn’t another one on another Q5 that met my trim package. He ask me to wait. He said the dealership might have a Q3 I may like. He said just try it out. If you don’t like it we can just keep looking. I got into the Q3, which side note my first Audi was a white Q3. Then I went to a Q5 it was a lease. I have just been driving around in my old Jeep for a while now. I am retired and wanted a newer forever car. I turned my lease in during the pandemic to Audi nation not a great dealership. I get in the car and I was very impressed even though it was the smaller version it’s it was fine. It had everything else that I want it. We took it for a test drive. It was beautiful. We came into the office, filled out some more paperwork, and I waited for the finance gentleman. Whilst I was waiting a very wonderful person named Lisa came over and offered us refreshments, coffee, water tea… She was just so pleasant and so kind and she continued to check on us while we were waiting for the finance man to finish up with the client. The dealership was very clean and very quiet. It has been remodeled since the last time that I was there and perhaps more salesman. I’ll tell you if you’re going to Audi of Henderson ask for Mark Schnee he is the best. He worked very hard and the one thing I didn’t like about the last time leased a car; Audi was the salesman who still works there. He was kind of done with me as soon as he made the sale. I was waiting again to get back to finance. He was done. He had nothing else to say to m. I asked for something and his response was no no no no no you can’t get that. At that point I was considering getting up and leaving, but I had invested so much time that I stayed. I did get the leased Q5 and that’s where I found out found it the service and everything else outside of Sales was excellent and that is what brought me back to Audi Henderson this time. This time I got an excellent hard-working conscience Sales person name Mark Schnee. If you go to Audi Henderson and you’re looking for someone who’s gonna work for you ask for Mark Schnee. He the best!

Highly recommend, Diego Martinez was a great salesman. If you go in ask for him, you won’t be disappointed. I had been searching for a used Toyota 4Runner, and only a 4Runner for quite some time. I found a great vehicle here at Audi Henderson - a 2018 Limited trim with only 86k miles, one owner, and amazing maintenance records on the carfax. Their list price on the vehicle was extremely competitive and any other vehicle I found online with similar mileage and history was listed for $2-4k more. Again highly recommend Audi Henderson and Diego Martinez. They did a great job and their prices are great.

If there weren’t any technical difficulties on the system, we would’ve been done in less than half the time we were anticipating. Hoping that the after sales experience will be as good, if that’s the case our whole family may just switch to Audi.
