Used Audi A5 hatchbacks for sale near Old Westbury, NY

My husband and I have bought cars in the past, and were always left with a bad taste in our mouth. Biener Audi in Great Neck was the exact opposite experience. They did not try to push us into buying, they were considerate and extremely thorough through the entire process. We went to the dealership to test drive the Audi Q7 and did not intend on buying the same day. We wanted to get as much information as we could before discussing it and making a decision. Our salesperson, Danny, could not be more friendly or accommodating. He answered all of our questions and guided us professionally. When we advised that we would not be buying that day, he was understanding and did not make us feel pressured or act like the typical salesperson. The next day, we went back to the dealership and bought our new truck in a timely manner. Our 2 year old was with us through the entire process and everything still went very smoothly. Furthermore, the facility is extremely well kept. There is ample space for customers to sit and wait. We eventually went and sat in the service area where they offered complimentary drinks and snacks, and a wonderful woman came by to give my son a coloring but and crayons! Our family could not be happier with our first experience buying a luxury car. We know we made the right choice with Biener Audi.

Audi is great. My 4th. There is a problem with the on-board computer. There's supposed to be an update to fix it, but hasn't happened as of yet. It becomes annoying, and one time had to have service department reboot to make it functional. Still have occasional issues.

We had an excellent experience at Meadowlands Audi purchasing a car. Brian, our salesman, was wonderful. He really knew the product and could explain the differences between the Q3 and the Q5 as well as new versus pre owned. He showed us several cars and really understood what we were looking for. The trade-in was very fair and the negotiation was very smooth and pleasant. We never felt pressured and Brian was able to keep us on track. He was also very personable and friendly. 2021 a5 PREM Plus; B&O 7th audi I've owned & they just keep getting better. Not a fan of the tap every time screen I want to do something feature which is fairly new. This one could be a keeper! The stereo is very high quality & handling rocks, quick & nimble. Sport suspension is a personal choice, always order it. Stiffer but smooth. Car is quite. Sport seats heated, heated mirrors, heated steering wheel. Need I say more?

Although I'm quite biased to Audi for a multitude of reasons, the A5 is absolutely perfect. Jam packed with features. I'm extremely impressed with the virtual cockpit. Currently 3 years old any person could look at the exterior, open the door, sit down in the passenger seat and think this is a 2022. My personal favorite thing about Audi is how well they do with their legacy. Every car in their lineup ages so well.

Bought a 2013 Kia Sorento EX AWD from Bergenfield Auto Mall. Car is in great condition. I was allowed to test drive with no problem. Fair price. Dealership experience was great! No pushy salesman that’s what I liked best!

Excellent handling vehicle, very comfortable providing more room than A4. Car has extreme control and brakes on a dime. Definitely would recommend on the open road with music turned up.

I’ve only had this car for a few days. I’m in love with it. Only 13000 miles. Still has that new car smell 😁. The ride is great! As I stated earlier I’m a return customer. I previously owned a Mercedes that I purchased from you guys. I got excellent service with it. Had no complaints. The car was seven years old when I traded it. And only a bit over 40000 miles on it.

Emails sent did not purchase car. Car did not have all the options I wanted. But it was a fair price. Better luck next time.

I love the car. It is sporty, response, quiet, comfortable to drive. It has been a great car. I have used it to travel from SoCal to Nevada and Utah. I am able to use my hands free and the sound is so clear.

2 Manny’s Auto Sales was the very best experience I ever have had with a car dealer, new or used. I bought a Chrysler 300C. It was immaculate when it was ready. It runs flawlessly. Absolutely everything works as intended. It had new tires and brakes as well as one part that tends to be a problem replaced – a $1000 repair. Done. Both of my personal mechanics looked it over and put it up on the rack. They went through it thoroughly and said it was the best used car they ever had seen. The car has incredible styling. It offers several driver selections: automatic, manual, sport selection in automatic. It has great fuel economy, and yet has excellent performance.

Love this car, but the interior is far below what should be in a car that costs this much. I have the dark gray/ black and it is awful. The vented sections in the leather seats look like they are fading/ spotting in the front and back. This car is babied. It is a definite defect in the leather. Audi wouldn’t do anything. I’m glad it is a lease. I’ll never get that color interior again. Very disappointed with Audi’s poor response.
