EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE and PRICING: Having purchased more cars than shoes, at least it seems like this, I am very familiar with dealers and the process. We purchased our 2025 VW ID BUZZ through McGrath of Marion due to the pricing and ease. We saved almost 20k in doing so and working with the sales team [BLAKE] was like dealing with family or a friend; transparent. But more so, the follow up service was what makes the whole experience worthwhile. We had a minor glitch on transport. And McGrath took full responsibility for this. 2021 Audi A6 review
Very nice upscale vehicle. Bought as a previously 2 yr leased auto, avoiding new car price and immediate depreciation. V-6 engine has no hesitation and quietness is excellent. My only two negatives are lack of storage for incidentals and a bit quirky audio that may reset from time to time ( must wait for it to go through a cycle). It has a mind of its own. Overall, excellent vehicle.
